It seemed to meet all the advertised criteria, however it was the wrong size for my lathe.

The chuck looks good and appears to me constructed of quality material. Problem is it will not keep its grip on the work piece. Continually loosens at inopportune time causing piece to shift which causes catches ruining your work

This item did not fit my lathe, so I can’t review how operated. But, the customer service was excellent !

I received the chuck in a beat-up box inside another box. No tools, just the chuck. The chuck itself appears to be good quality. TIR on the jaws are .0015

I've been waiting years to turn bowls on a wood lathe. Now in my 70th year I'm having a ball. Wood turning makes more sawdust per board foot than any other shop activity. What a deal!

It doesn’t even come close to being the right size. Owned it a month now and still ain’t been able to use it
