I work as a mobile field technician and one of my customers happens to be an egg farm where the flies are atrocious. They would fly into my van and take up residency. I tried setting fly paper but that only works part of the way. Someone at the egg farm told me about this spray and recommended I try it. Yesterday after working at the egg farm, I came home, opened the van door, sprayed this inside until it fumigated the van, then I shut the door and walked away. Next morning my van was a fly cemetery, but they were no longer bothering me.

I've been using this fly spray on my horses for about 15 years. I started using it because I noticed that all of the farriers in our area use it and figured if it's good for the farriers, it's gotta be good for me. It is. Unfortunately, I don't think there are any fly sprays that last as long as they say they will, but I have found that this is one of the best out there.

This is one of the few bug sprays that work. I'm disappointed that the horse doesn't enjoy the flavor, but I'm elated that this has a high pressure nozzle that allows me to sneak up on the horse and spray the recommended dosage down her throat before she knows what's happening. She is happy that the bugs stay off of her regardless of the flavour.

This is a great product but $20/can is ridiculous. It is cheaper EVERYWHERE else. Try State Line Tack or Tractor Supply.

I love the product as far as keeping the bugs off but I seem to get more on my hands than on my horse. While your spraying your horse it leaks out of the nozzle all over your hand. I would be returning the item if I hadn’t missed the return date. I hate wasting money like this by loosing so much of the product while using it .

Farriers and vets always have a grateful smile when I pull out the Pyrahna aerosol for my horses. The horses seem more tolerant of the aerosol than traditional spray bottles.
