Can this replace a ge 21.6" f14 t5 835? not sure if 22" is the same as 21.6"

The instructions/directions say that this is not a dimmable item. They operate as standard florescent light bulbs, which, in general, are not dimmable. Your main problem might be that you have a light that requires these bulbs, so you have no choice but to use these bulbs or to buy a new light fixture that will allow dimmability. Good luck.
