NLT Teen Life Application Study Bible, Compact Edition (Softcover)

I am a Bible lover, so I bought this for my nephew because I thought it would bring a lot of value and it does with how simple it breaks things down. These are the newer and NLT's because I have one from the 90s or 80s and it's more in depth so this new version breaks it down so clearly to where you can visualize and understand what's happening. I use it myself when it's not time for him to read and it is great.

My father bought this for my teen son a couple of years ago. When one of my son's dear friends gave his life to Christ, I knew exactly what I wanted to give him in honor of that decision...this Bible. It has insights to elaborate and explain the history, geography, and/or significance of things that may have been common knowledge when the passage was written. But even better, it has lots of snippets and stories to help relate the Bible to the current culture. Issues like mental health are discussed. Encouragement about how the Bible applies to the here and now are so life-giving to these kids, and to me! Highly recommend 13+. (And no, that "+" doesn't cut off at 19!)

This is a wonderful book! Ad easy to understand the scriptures

I bought these to give to teens in a Christian group home that focus' on the word and love of God. Excellent application/teaching Bible as it provides many situations in life than can be applied to today's world. Do wish it had the red letters outlines, but overall a great choice for teens.

Our grandson, age 11 appreciated having a good Bible. He uses it daily.

Bought a few of these for pre teen students that told me they didn’t own a Bible but wanted one. Great additions for teens that show them how Biblical principles apply to their complicated lives.

Serves its purpose

My teen wanted a more appropriate bible with a study section in it. He seems to be very happy with it. Easy to ready & understand with the notes/ study section that goes along with each chapter.
