The original mascara that was delivered had arrived dried out, after contacting the seller they sent a new one priority without requesting to return the defective item.While I do like the formula, I must say that I am not a huge fan of the wand; the bristles are plastic and long and seem to be to spiky for my liking. This is not a wet formula, so it is easy to use and not messy at all. It is buildable too, I have not found it to become chunky. I purchased this particular mascara because I like a drier formula which is rather comfortable, plastic bristles, and the lengthening effect. It does not provide tons of volume but is an overall great purchase.

This is the best mascara for me the doesn't break my lashes. It is WATERPROOF because I have used others and in the heat I get black under my eye. This mascara is my #1, it's also sensitive to my eyes. Thank you for still selling it on Amazon. Can't find it in the makeup departments.

My teenager watches a bazillion makeup videos and knows way more than I do about cosmetics. I ask her what to buy, she tells me this one, she is correct. I don't think there's as much in this tube as your typical drugstore mascara however because I ran out quickly. I love the tiny brushes at the end for feathering out my microscopic lashes, especially on the bottom. I also oddly appreciate the pink handle because I can locate it in my purse when I'm in a rush.

Packaging not sealed properly mascara marks on outside of packaging."Not eligible for return" but supposedly can get a refund but not able to submit for one.This is going in the garbage because who knows what bacteria is growing in there.Way to scam people.

This is dry mascara formula, which I prefer since I can be a little messy-handed. With toddlers, I need that faster drying formula over a wet formula. It needs 2 applications for me, but I do really love the Lash Teasing Comb and wands. They both took a little getting used too. Definitely still need to curl your lashes beforehand, but I do feel like the curl holds well and the mascara stays put for the entire day (for not being a waterproof mascara.) Easy to remove. It makes my stick straight lashes look defined. I took the title "COVERGIRL Total Tease Full + Long + Refined" to mean that it would also be volumizing. I personally prefer other brands for volume + length. But this is a good mascara and I will definitely use the entire tube. The Lash Teasing Comb is designed mainly for separating clumps, but I feel like it doesn't do that job very well if you want that refined look. The comb places more mascara on the lash which you then have to also separate. The wand scares me to use for the bottom and the inner corner lashes, so I'm glad it has the Lash Teasing Comb, because I can just use that part instead.

Separates and defines lashes perfectly! Doesn't smear or flake, long lasting. Gives you a great look, but not as "blackest black" mascara look as some of the brands like Grande Lash or Thrive. I like this as a first coat before I use my HD mascara formulas and to brush through clumps and get length.

This mascara definitely has a learning curve. I'm still not sure what the weird little brush on the side is supposed to do. The product itself puts a LOT of product on your lashes, and you have to work with it to keep it from being clumpy. It does lengthen and hold curl, and overall, I can live with it. I use a lash primer and then a coat of waterproof from another brand. My biggest issue here was that mine came with NO PACKAGE. Just a tube of mascara in a bubble mailer. It wasn't dried out, but why no package? That's just a little sketchy to me. It's definitely loaded with product so I don't think it's been used (yes, I sanitized the brush before I used it), but whyyyyy no package??

I love this mascara! It’s my favorite. It’s one of the only ones that I can get long and defined lashes with very little clumping. It doesn’t tend to flake a bit near the end of the day, but it doesn’t bother me too much. It may be more due to my own tendency to rub my eyes a bit. Anyway, this is my main mascara! I can’t find it in stores often, so I really hope Amazon will have it for a long time!
