I bought these second time here on Amazon.first time I bought it from whole food and I really like it pills not very big size which I really appreciate it.

They’re a little spendy, but their products never disappoint! They don’t cause me any gastrointestinal issues and always provide me with great Vitamin D levels. Confirmed by my annual blood work. I also take their iron pills and they never cause me to get constipated and brought me up from Anemia. I would highly recommend for my low iron girlies or just for any women needing more iron!

To be honest, sometimes I wonder about the real value of many of the vitamins that are on the market. Two years ago my doctor told me that my vitamin D level was low. Very low. After looking at some products on the market we agreed I would try Country Life Vitamin D3, one tablet daily. I had my doubts that this would really help. Over my last two annual check-ups, my vitamin D level increased. It is now well into the normal range. My doctor suggested that I even cut back to only 4 vitamins a week. Since my lifestyle hasn't changed much in the last couple of years I attribute my increased D level to the use of this product. My husband also had low vitamin D levels. He's been taking this product for just over a year and his levels have gone up too. I'm certainly no expert in the field of vitamins. I usually just look for a product from a reputable company, with the correct dose, that have the least fillers and at a reasonable price. I think this is a good product and it worked for me and my husband.
