The flavor and smell is so strong I can’t stand it. Like garbage with a hint of urine. Yuck! However I gave 5 stars bcz it does deliver selenium in drop form as advertised.

I guess it just comes with the territory of liquid selenium.I would recommend filling your own capsules with it so you can swallow it straight down without tasting. Otherwise mix into something strong. Or just raw dog it & then chase with something strong.

Honestly, the taste is absolutely horrific in water! Within 20 minutes, it had me streaking to the bathroom...and I did NOT make it in time! From just 3 drops! What a mess! My whole house stunk from it, and I had to soak the glass in hot soapy water for 30 min to get the smell out of the glass! My previous brand liquid selenium barely had a smell or taste and didn't permeate the glass, so I was shocked at the strong, wrotten garbage-like smell from this! If you can't get it down, what good does it do? I'm reordering a different brand.I don't know what to say about the people who claim it has no taste to them....when it stinks up the entire house and permeates a glass, what can I say?! Regretfully, I didn't take the low star reviews seriously! Now I'm one.
