My purchase of this item was sold by Jaipur Handloom and it is much less vivid than the item shown in the photo - very mottled. It's pretty disappointing since I also purchased a similar tapestry from Jaipur Handloom ( Tie Dye Bohemian Tapestry Elephant Star Mandala Tapestry Tapestry Wall Hanging Boho Tapestry Hippie Hippy Tapestry Beach Coverlet Curtain,92" x 86" ) and it was perfect. I'm afraid to wash this one though for fear it will alter the colors even more so I will need to send this one back and try one from a different seller.UPDATE: I just added one to my cart sold by Tapestry Home, but it says it's by Jaipur Handloom. I'm assuming that Jaipur Handloom is the manufacturer then. Interesting. I guess I just had higher expectations for this item, because the other one I linked to is absolutely stunning. My only wish is that the other one had more blue in it which is why I came back and bought this one (and of course, I didn't see this one first)! Story of my life........Anyway, I'll increase my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars, although you really have to see the other one in comparison to this one to really understand why my rating is what it is. The other one really *is* all that. In the meantime, I will purchase the one sold by Tapestry Home because sometimes dye lots can be inconsistent based on different variables.UPDATE! For some reason I impulsively decided to wash this thing. It turns out that it made a HUGE amount of difference. I guess it just wasn't rinsed properly when it was manufactured. And the dye really, really reeked when I opened the package. These tapestries always stink, but this one was particularly odiferous. Anyway, if you get one of these things that appears to have mottled dye, try giving it a wash. If it doesn't fix the problem, the item is still defective and you can still return it. Just hang on to the packaging.Four stars for another great Jaipur product at a terrific price.....one star deducted for the hassle of troubleshooting what to do with an item that initially appeared to be defective.

Smells like someone's musty basement but it's really pretty and seems like good quality

I love the look of the tapestry. The only drawback is the fabric is like thin scarf material. It will rip if it is tugged on any. I got three ripped corners so far. Otherwise the design is beautiful.

I ordered this tapestry yesterday in blue, it got here today and when I opened it it was the wrong color, multi blue, which is like a more tie dye look. I got it to decorate my little cousin's bedroom. I personally think this one is just as pretty as the blue, but it still isn't what I ordered. I'll have to wait for her to get home and see what she thinks. Outside of it being the wrong color, the size is perfect, the colors are beautiful and vibrant, and it was very easy to hang (I used command strips). I've seen other reviews on here talking about the smell of it, I didn't have that issue with mine. It didn't really have an odor (and I have a strong sense of smell). If it weren't for the color issue I would've given it 5 stars.

I needed a tapestry that was 100% cotton with a darker hue. This fit where I needed it perfectly. I'll be buying other patterns from this vendor. Thanks

The green color is a true green, not the lighter, turquoise green that I wanted, but still pretty

Given the very inexpensive price, I purchased several of these (different colors and sizes) for my niece's college apartment. We used them to cover her windows as we were not allowed to hang draperies and the provided blinds did not grant enough privacy. My niece thumb tacked them to the walls, since we will be able to fill those tiny holes with spackle when she moves. These are certainly not top quality, but one cannot expect silk at this price! They are absolutely perfect for what my niece needed and since they are not expensive, they give a lot of color and young vibe to a college apartment. Fun, colorful and inexpensive -- ie, perfect for college dorms / apartments and even first apartments. Although basically are the same as a sheet, these have much more style and give a really nice stained glass effect when the sun comes through the window.

I love this tapestry.. I'm currently in a rental home and needed something for this big bare white wall...It's huge ..I ordered the queen size but it seems the same size as my king size bed..The fabric is well woven and thick..It's definitely a higher qualitythan I had expected..will eventually use it for a quilt for my bed..!

The colors are stunning and it hangs very nicely as a curtain. Knocked a star off because the line printing is off in some areas or are double printed. But I'm not sitting for hours on end staring at my curtains so it's not a huge deal when seen from far.

Perfect! Arrived much sooner than anticipated, colours are quite vibrant, and it's true to size as far as I can tell! It has a very faint odour, but it's not noxious by any means, and I'm sure it will wash out!

I ordered this tapestry and it came within four days of ordering it which is awesome! The tapestry is all the bright colours that are in the picture and the size was also right. 10/10 great product and isn't that costly!!

Absolutely gorgeous I'm going to have to order a few more of these. The colors are so vibrant in this tapestry and the size works for everything from curtains to a single bed cover.

Looks really good on the wall. Colours are great. I wouldn't use as a blanket though as its fairly thin.
