The cotton candy machine heats up fast and makes a lot of cotton candy. You just have to practice how to roll and collect the cotton candy or else it will start blowing out of the bowl. First time we used it, it looked like it was snowing in the house because there was so much cotton candy blowing out of it.

The day before my customers event which was a Halloween Birthday Party. I tested out all my concession stand equipment. The cotton candy machine appeared to be working fine. The day of the event it made cotton candy and stopped functioning. I thought perhaps it could be overheated but it wasn’t. It just stopped working. In the middle of the party. Leaving 20 kids upset and a dissatisfied parent. It was the most embarrassing experience for my business because we stress professionalism and reliability. This machine sucks please save y’all money. And I want a refund!!!!!!!!

Overall the machine is great and my kids love it. However, after 1 week the power button broke and everything is hot glued together which made it really hard to take the machine apart to fix.

This product is easy to assemble, easy to use and easy to clean up. I love it
