Definitely recommend!! Easy to do!!
This is a great product you guys! Do not hesitate to buy if you're looking for a reasonably priced fix for a worn out steering wheel. It feels and looks great, grips to your hands when you drive and easy to install. I'm a woman and I found it very easy to do!! Just take your time and if this company's install video on YouTube doesn't help, there are several others out there that will! Watch them *carefully* and take your time and it really is easy. A couple people commented on the needle not being the right needle for the job. I disagree. The problem is that your fingers get a little raw from doing the threading. (Use a thimble or put Band-Aids on the pads of your thumb and pointer fingers.) The only time you have to go through the leather is when you start and end each section. So it's not like you have to puncture the leather with the needle every single time. They give you two needles and I highly suggest you switch out half way through. All in all, taking my time, it took about an hour to install. Looking at some of the pictures on here, I would almost swear that they are competitors writing negative reviews. The picture of the grey cover that's haphazardly sewn...they CLEARLY didn't take their time or follow instructions. The pic of the tear in the cover...no way. This stuff is super sturdy and I stretched the heck out of it.

O SHI CAR Universal Car Steering Wheel Cover Leather
Good quality material. (Make sure you measure for steering wheel and circumference.) Installed pretty easy. Hardest part was stretching leather around steering wheel. Just get one edge around wheel and work your way around the wheel a couple of times until leather is centered around outside diameter of wheel. Took me almost an hour to lace it securely. Looks GREAT. Fits snugly, - not a dangerous slip on cover. Color matches original tan almost perfectly. Old steering wheel with deteriorating vinyl coating is now a smooth leather that feels great on the hand. Would recommend to anyone needing to recover steering wheel.

Fits/Looks Great on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe
Overall very impressed with this steering wheel cover. If you are looking for a 100% leather cover, this...like most, is not it.However, that is a good thing, as the material this is made from allows stretching and conforming on the wheel, and around the spokes. It has a great feel under my hands, with a good tactile quality. I believe this will be very nice in winter as well, since my vehicle doesn't have a heated steering wheel. The kit came with the cover, two blunt needles, and two lengths of upholstery-grade thread, but no instructions. Their YouTube videos sufficed at giving enough direction for stitching patterns to make the install fairly easy. For my 15" wheel, a single length was more than enough.I also stitched around the spokes of the wheel (which was not done in their video), rather than just passing the thread behind the spoke to continue sewing each segment of the wheel. I have always felt that NOT doing so leaves some slack, dog-eared segments around the wheel that look tacky (see my pics for reference). The only thing I would suggest for that, if you opt for it, is to pick up some curved, sharp upholstery needles to go around the lengths across the spokes. The included blunt needles are very hard to push through the leather, and we're not designed for that purpose.Overall, I would recommend, and repurchase this product!

worthless instructions......but really nice leather.
Pros: the leather looks and feels like good quality.Cons: The so-called "instructions" are worthless. No written instructions. In the inside of a band of paper that the leather is bound in for packaging purposes, there are 6 small images about the size of a thumbnail. It's really hard to see the details in these photos....and these images are not sufficient for determining how to stitch this item. I'll have to search for instructions....or will send the item back.Update: I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars because I was able to find instructions online (not specifically for this product) and the wheel cover looks and feels great. I won't give 5 stars because a customer should not have to search for instructions. BTW, the installation process is tedious but not too difficult. The most problematic parts are when you start and finish a section (the first and last stitches) because it requires punching through the leather, or the existing hole where the existing manufacturer stitching is-- this is virtually impossible with the needle provided....I used a leather punch. Overall, it came out really nice even though I may have double stitched at a few parts.

Very nice
Originally got a leather cover type to avoid the stitching hassle. But material was too hard and made the steeling wheel feel too thick. The leather of this product feels nice and soft. It also gives a good grip. It does take some patient to do the stitching but the result looks good.

Excellent value, feels nice
Great bang for your buck. Excellent quality and leather feel. The perforations do make a difference in how cooler your steering wheel feels, I wish it had more perforations throughout the leather though. I do wish they had more color options, but I do like the color on my truck. (I would love an army green leather wrap with full perforations!!!!) Easy to install but please follow the directions and stitch correctly as I saw some negative reviews however in their picture it was evident they did not follow the correct steps. Make sure you stick thru the stitching already on the leather. I used a nylon green thread to give the stitch a bit of contrast however wish i bought a thicker thread (however it is strong enough to hold). Another tip, if you are using this on a warn out steering wheel it will improve the stiffness of your wheel, If you do this make sure you stitch tightly as the more tightly it is wrapped the more it will improve the stiffness of your steering wheel.Negative: This item does have some chemical odor when first opened (most likely from the dye's) , I allowed it to sit for a few days before I installed to let it gas out which got rid of most of the odor, but a few more days later (after install) it just smells like leather.
