I bought this intending to wear it but the chain is more like something you might get out of a gumball machine the pendent is beautiful but again the clasp to connect the chain looks cheep but its beautiful and I have it hanging in my truck since it just wasn't for me to wear

I love this necklace, its beautiful. But as soon as I took it out its tiny ziplock bag, I noticed two knots on the necklace (as per picture). I tried getting it untangled but its so dainty that its impossible to do it. This Company needs to have a better quality control check when shipping their items. The fact that they shipped this item as is, its very bad. Disappointing to say the least.
