Air Filter Blaster - for Cleaning Canister Air Filters, Model Number USG-1302

Worked great for about 20 filters then I too had a pin break off the spinning head . Plastic too thin ,poor design ,and way too expensive to replace . I do not recommend this product untill it is redesigned. And they should lower the price and/or stand behind there product!

The Air Blaster did push dust out of our round filters. Unfortunately we have oval filters that we also tried it on, and they didn't get as clean because the Blaster couldn't get close enough to the wide part of the element to work. This was using the 6" rotor. The 9" rotor might work better, but will be extremely close to the narrow part of the oval filters. Overall, this is a good product, still a lot more $$$ money than what it should be though.

One of the four arms broke off very easily. When I contacted the company, they said "this is supposed to happen when it comes in contact with filter wall to avoid filter damage". The only problem is, I never used it. Good concept, but too delicate of a product, and until they step up, stay away.

Works good once the depth stopper is set for the height of the filter.

I agree with many of the other reviews- a good idea and cleans the filter well, but the rotor heads are fragile and break easily. Not only that, but the replacement heads are pricey. I would like to see a solid aluminum head that will not break after a few uses or being accidentally bumped in storage. Additionally, I think there needs to be a thin poly washer between the head on the nut securing the head. That would eliminate the head self tightening the nut and impeding the rotary motion of the head.

This product is as slick as they come, fast and easy cleaning. We have many air filters to clean on the farm and this product makes it a breeze. My only question is will it be durable and stand the test of time, as I have not had it for a full year yet. Hope it lasts me a long time.

The spinning head is cheaply made. It broke after @10 uses. need something with a more solid construction.

The first time I used it a pin broke off the spinning head. After reading a past review stating that the spinning head is not covered by the manufacturer, the unit is nothing more than a piece of junk...don't waste your money...
