This quilt is beautiful! I debated for weeks on getting it and finally decided to take a chance. The upper side is a soft velvety material and the underside is a nice soft cotton. The colors are rich but very earthy. The stitching seems to be very good. It''s more beautiful than the picture depicts it to be. I actually needed a twin size for a twin size bed with a pillow top mattress which they did not have. I decided to order the queen and hope that it would fit the bed, covering it fully as a spread would without a lot of excess material. It fits perfectly. Most of the twin size spreads I saw would have been several inches short for the bed. This could not have turned out better. I find the quilt to be more on the heavier side than the lighter side. That is what I wanted. I guess it could be considered all season, but may be a bit warm in the summer without air conditioning on. I see it being perfect for cooler weather. The tag says it is machine washable and can be dried in the dryer. It appears to be very well made and I think it will last for several years to come. Love it!

I love the pattern/color output they created but on the first washing the damn thing fell apart! I now will save up and get so.ething with higher quality. If I can make sure I have a "good one" from this company, then I would order again because I loved everything about it. Just the quality of the sticking because again, after the first washing it fell apart.. three of the sewn colors fell right apart.

I eyeballed this for a couple months. I didn't need it but sure liked the look of it. I finally ordered and it came today. Definitely glad I caved and ordered. It is perfect for my style and decor, but more importantly impressed by it's weight, velvety top texture and quality. I would rate it medium weight, not quite enough alone for winter use but heavier and warmer than some lighter quilts I have bought. It is ample in size, going just to my bed ruffle, which sometime I find quilts or comforters to be slightly small.

Looks like the picture in description. Material not exactly what I expected. It’s heavy and looks like fake velvet. I got a king size for my queen bed cause queen size spreads are always to short on the sides. This is nice and big. Hangs to the floor, which is what I wanted. I live in Florida so it’s to warm for most of the year. Also takes a very big machine to wash and takes a long time to dry. Bottom line I like how it looks on the bed but I don’t like the material or how hard it is to wash and dry.

I bought this recently and I'm very happy with it. The bedspread has a very nice soft feel to it and goes well with my furniture.

Kind of heavy. Feels a little different than your normal bedspread. I like the feel but it is just your particular taste.

I ordered the dark brown / sage green bold striped quilt about 10 months ago and am still loving it. This particular style is heavier than your standard quilt and is a cotton-polyester blend that feels like microfiber or velvet on the face. It has a soft quilted cotton lining on the reverse, however.The rust stripe looks red or reddish in the photo but it's more brown. It's a tad darker than I expected overall, but it looks very handsome. It's got a good weight to it for fall or winter, or for a bedroom that's always chilly. It's not crushingly heavy though. It has washed well and has only a slight tear in the cotton reverse which is easily mended and was probably caused by a rogue cat who shares the bed. Otherwise it wears like iron.I'm getting another so there is a backup should something happen to this one.Also: I got the King size for a Queen bed. It is oversized for a quilt but that's what I wanted. It drapes like a bedspread.

I read that some people thought they were sized small so I measured my bed and then checked the specs before ordering and found that the queen fit my queen bed perfectly. I have a bed skirt so the cover doesn’t need to go to floor. I’m very happy with it. Looks great and seems to be well made. I washed it before I used it and it came through the wash fine.
