The bamboo base and lid give it a clean, modern look that fits well in a kitchen without looking industrial or bulky. Performance has been consistent. I replace the filters about every 3 months as recommended, and the water tastes cleaner and smoother than tap water. I’ve kept extra filters on hand over the years, and they’ve always been easy to swap out. No complicated process. Over several years of use, I experienced very minor wear — nothing that affected filtration quality. In fact, the unit remained fully functional. When I contacted customer support with a simple question about a slightly warped bamboo lid after extended use, they responded by sending me an entirely new system — glass container, stand, valves, filters — everything. Well beyond what I expected, especially since I was outside any normal warranty window. I didn’t ask for a replacement system. I would have been satisfied with a lid or even just information. Instead, they chose to stand behind their product in a way that’s rare these days. The important part: the original unit was still filtering perfectly. These were cosmetic wear items after years of use. If you’re comparing alkaline filtration systems and wondering whether this one is worth the investment, in my experience, the answer is yes. This is a wonderful water filter/dispenser. We purchased this product because it was a glass container. It's pretty solid and the spigot is stainless steel. The spigot works on a 1/4 turn to on/off. The bamboo stand is a nice feature and is a good height for filling any of our glasses and containers. We leave it at the edge of our counter for easy filling. The filter reservoir is plastic. Assembly was very simple with written instructions and a video link. You have to install the spigot with the parts provided. It did leak initially but was fixed with a very careful turn on the spigot lock nut. It comes with one filter. I would have liked a recommendation or option to order the higher quality filter. The recommended lifetime of the standard filter is three months for a family of four. We ordered extra filters for future filter changes. Water clarity and taste is really good.

Had this for over a year now and have had NO issues with leaking or anything else. We love it and love the taste of the water, definitely recommend! Also looks great on the counter

DO NOT BUY THIS FILTER!! It was leaking since day one but just a little bit, and only after 7 to 9 months os usage the product statrted leaking so much that we can not use it anymore. So now is here in my house but I can not use it. I have tried calling customer service (they usually do not respond) I could once speak to a representative and I had to explain all details, send a picture. I was promised a new part which never arrived. I tried calling today AGAIN!! and nobody answered, sent another email and received this response: Hi there, If your Invigorated Water filter is leaking and you haven't received the promised replacement instructions after reaching out to support, we recommend following up with our customer support team. Love the glass water dispenser. Especially that it comes with a stainless spout. Just the right size for a countertop. I would give it a five star but the stand that it came with had a issue. The holes where you put the screws did not align so that the legs could be attached. Plus one of the bamboo legs had a crack. Luckily my husband is a carpenter so he re-drilled the screw holes and used wood glue to fix the cracked leg. Other than this issue I love the dispenser! Also, the water tastes much better than it did from my previous plastic filter dispenser.

This is very user friendly and easy to use. The water taste like the best well water my grandmother had in the 50's, now that is good water. This has eye appeal to any kitchen counter and guest always ask for a glass. Highly recommended by a connoisseur of great tasting water.

The item arrived with missing pieces needed to assemble the item. The plastic seal was also broken and the glass was chipped. It's easy to see this is a really poorly put together product that is using branding to sell above product quality.

Filters water but it doesn’t make alkaline

I had this water counter top for over three years and I change the filters every 3 months. The quality of the filters are fantastic. I rinse the filter from the top until I see clear water i also give i a few shakes while doing this which help the filter to be totally wet and working right. I'm disabled so need to watch what I put in my body. This glass water dispenser is amazing and I've recommend to family and friends. They all love it. Plus I use this for cooking and mt kettle which has a filter so my hot drinks taste amazing. Highly highly recommend product. It looks amazingly fantastic as a centre peace on my dining table. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽♥️♥️

I was apprehensive about ordering this unit based on reviews, but again most people only review when they are disappointed, I, myself have been meaning to review this item, but life is busy. If I was upset I probably would have made it a priority to review, so take those reviews with a grain if salt. This unit is amazing! My kids are drinking way more water. It was easy to assemble. I soaked the filter while I assembled the unit and washed everything with hot soapy water, reviews stated a plastic taste, so I was overly proactive. I ran 6 full cycles through the unit before taking drink, it filters quickly with the base line filter it comes with, I can't speak to the add in filter. The water is crisp, clean, and refreshing. As for the faucet leaks, mine came with two faucets and a ton of silicone gaskets, one of the two faucets did leak, the gate valve in that faucet sucks, but I quickly swapped it for the secondary faucet. No leaks, no issues. I debated between this unit and a rainfresh gravity system, I landed on this because unit of the esthetics to be honest. It is beautiful, it isn't a stainless steel monstrosity occupying a large space, it's light and airy, you don't really notice it's there. The filters for this seem to be readily avaliable and a decent price compared to other units on the markert. Glad I pulled the trigger on this system
