You have to be patient.We purchased this set last summer for our 10 x 12 gazebo. It worked beautifully and we used it almost every single day until mid September when we put things to storage until spring. I bought some extra pillows and lap blankets to make it all cozy.The cushions are not exactly the softest but I can upgrade those later when they need refreshing. At the set's price point I wasn't expecting cooshy soft cushions. They're still all in great shape now; I stored them over the winter in our storage shed.I've only had one clip break that keeps the chairs secured together. I like that you can move the peices around to suite your layout best, and then clip the bottoms together. The clips are rather tight to put on.I wasn't sure how the glass table top was going to work out, but in my mind I figured I'd replace it with a slab of wood if it broke. It didn't break last season. So that's great.Overall good bang for the buck - just don't go expecting high end outdoor furniture (let's be realistic - if your looking for a set to last ten years, or be outside in the elements year round, you need to pay more for it)

Rattan came broken...disappoint since we pay for this beautiful outdoor furniture. The other thing is that it only came 2 boxes. We are waiting for the other pieces to come in that way we can enjoy our outdoors with this furniture.I’m also kind of concern about the table which is pretty but doesn’t have any base to hold the glass table... We have kids, including a 1 year old climber boy...Today is the 20th and I past due the delivery time (WAITING FOR MORE PIECES)

The media could not be loaded. For the price this patio lounge set is excellent. Takes awhile to assemble just a lot of parts but not hard. The seat cushions are sturdy, would prefer a little more sturdier back cushions. Love the Grey material. Overall I am very happy. Will be a great addition to the pool this summer.

I had ordered this piece and had a couple issues with the dye lot of the fabric not matching and one piece came damaged MINOR from shipping - The company had no issue at all sending out the new pieces and all the new covers to make sure everything matched. I am so in love with this sofa - the quality and sturdiness and price were great and then after the company went above an beyond to make sure things were taken care of and mixed for us - I will definitely look to order more from this company in the future - THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

It’s a nice patio set if you want something fast to go up on your patio for guest you have coming into town and you don’t have enough seating. However I didn’t receive all the parts for it. I was missing two whole pieces of the sectional itself and missing the table it was suppose to come with. The cushions don’t stay on the bench so when you go to sit down they slip and slide on the bench which worries me when my mother in law or her mom sit down on it them falling. The cushions aren’t comfy at all they are stiff and itchy kinda like an annoying dress fabric. It’s very hard to put together and actually annoying it takes way longer to put together than it should. Overall I’m pretty angry about this product and don’t think it’s worth it at all spend your money on a different one

Love this so far, just got it set up. DO NOT OPEN ALL THREE BOXES AT ONCE AND MIX UP PIECES. Assemble one at a time. It took about 3.5 hours alone. I used a small, low powered drill with a hex bit. That saved a lot of time and frustration. The cushions are a little stiff, but the fabric is pretty impressive quality. I might get some cheap memory foam or thick yoga mats to put underneath. The tempered glass coffee table is really nice and looks great. Overall I'm very happy with purchase.

Very pleased with the couch. We chose to assemble in an L shape and it’s perfect for our deck.Cushions aren’t super thick but they are comfortable and seem like they will hold up pretty well.Directions for assembly- AWFUL. Pictures only and there are 3 separate books depending on the configuration you choose to build. My best advice is to take your time. There are pieces that seem the same but have slight variations. We agree with other reviewers that you do get in a groove after assembling a piece or two.Overall we are super happy with ours. And the price was lower than identical items on other websites.

This is a great set of outdoor furniture that fit beautifully on our front porch. The assembly was reasonably easy. Just took me longer than I expected. It comes in three boxes and the first two came first. When I messages the manufacturer they were prompt in letting me know when the third box would arrive.Very comfortable and looks great!
