Product working fine but after sales service and spares availablity was poor, service center don't have spares, broken one of sieve (jali) within 2 weeks of purchase which is manufacturing defect ,service center are not interested to replace it under warranty, Instead they ask me to wait for min week time for paid replacement bcoz spares are available from gujrat only

We have ordered this Product in Sept-24 month since then each month it is been used to grind 10 to 15kg wheat, bajara, dal and jawar. It's been working flawlessly without any issues.
