Great item! So much fun and super easy to use

After 10 years, my Houdini opener broke. The handle snapped. I considered replacing it with the same thing, but the price had greatly increased and the quality appeared to decrease from the reviews I was seeing. I tried this one instead. The design is slightly different from my old Houdini, but it turns out to be even easier to use. I'm also very pleased with the material on this one. I don't think I will ever have the handle snap on this one. I've opened 5-10 bottles so far, so I'm hoping that I'm not just being optimistic. The foil cutter is just OK, but it was more of a bonus and wasn't part of my consideration in picking this. I definitely recommend.

The item arrived in a very nice box so it can be a very nice gift. The opener is made of metal and feels very solid at hand. So far, I opened over 10 bottles with ease and no hickups. Time will tell how sturdy is the opener, previously I owned a same style wine opener (but made of plastic) and opened hunders of bottles, I am expecting this one to exceed the performance of the old one, if it's used properly.

Easy to use and especially easy to remove cork.

I liked this wine opener when I first started using it. Although it was very stiff and took a lot of muscles to use, it was quick. I work at a winery, so that part was important to me.Now, 8 months later, the worm is completely bent and the opener useless. Disappointed.

I have this product for several years . I recently gifted this same product to a family member they also agreed on the ease of this opener and durability. I would purchase this product again as a gift!
