A must-have for every home gym!!
As you get older, you are more prone to injuries, and this multi press has reduced the possibility of me having to pause my training due to injury. I am 55 years old and was always straining my rotator cuff, my lower back and wrist doing bench presses and shoulder presses using a barbell due to bad form, jerking, being slightly off- balanced, or using too much weight. This machine is as smooth as butter, and the isolation arm feature allows you to press using each arm individually. I love this feature as it allows me to bring my weaker side up to par with my stronger side.The build quality of the machine is superb - the seat and the backrest are comfortable and the material they are made of seems to be of very good quality.My only small complaint is the that the size of the weight plate holders at the back of the machine are not made for 2" plates, but 1" plates. However, I have 300lbs of Olympic plates stored on them with no problem.I highly recommend this machine as it is a piece of first class equipment and is great for your home gym.

Worth every dollar
I was looking for something for shoulders then I discovered this .. was major change ..No more fear of dropping bar or injury... you can do ton of exercises for every part of your body ... very sturdy ..A must for any one needs to lift weight and fear injury

Versality at its finest
Best machine on the market for a adjustable hybrid Chest & Shoulder Press Machine. The setup was very simple. It took maybe an hour & a half, and after trying it out I was already excited for the next lift. Quality wise, its 5 stars all the way. I'd be surprised if you were disappointed.

The two things I didn’t like was the tube on the end was bent and the sticker was scratched. I got the tube fixed
