No remote recieved in the package... Product was good

The product was packed and delivered on time.Pros- Very good equipment comparing the other products twice the price in the market. Easy to use and very powerful. #30 setting is a good enough vibration to perform good effects on your body.Using 2 days now, 20 mins has helped me strengthen my core and improved blood circulation. As for loosing weight, it depends on calorie intake also. So to sum it up I got this for improving blood circulation specially during this lock down when the activity level is restricted. This would also be very helpful for elderly folks. Immense health benefits. Just go for it !Cons - The cable wire connecting the power socket could have been longer. Why? Not all households have electric sockets a feet or two above the ground. So if you do not have one an extension cable is must. Apart from this I do not see any other cons.

Absolutely 3rd grade company. The remote stopped working after some time. I requested a replacement remote, not for free, I said I am willing to pay the price. They replied that there is no remote in stock, please buy it locally. How absurd? Is this like a popular brand TV remote or something which can be purchased anywhere. You are selling a product with a remote which is custom to it and no other remote will work with it. Knowing that very well they are providing this suggestion as a resolution. Please stay away from such companies who do not care about customers and only think of their profits. I guess they want to force sell another whole machine instead of providing a replacement remote. Never saw such cheap mentality. It's a shame. Utterly disappointed. Will never advice anybody to buy anything from them.
