Works great! I just wish it contained more mg in less capsules. 100 mg per capsule means taking 4 capsules. Couldn’t it be filled with less additives and a higher concentration to fit in 2 capsules?

Wanted to start taking Magnesium Glycinate supplements, and was SHOCKED how much "extra junk" most supplements add (not just for this vitamin, but in ALL vitamins). As someone who has become more careful about what I ingest, the fact that this has almost no extra ingredients is a huge WIN! My only regret is that BESTVITE doesn't sell all the other vitamins I take, as I'd happily switch to them in a heart beat for this reason. Also surprising is that this glycinate "clean" vitamin is in many cases less expensive than the extra junk options. WIN WIN as far as I'm concerned. Highly recommend this product.

I had the experience of another reviewer that dealt with diarrhea after taking this magnesium. In addition, I noticed that an additional reviewer cautioned about starting slowly with magnesium. However, with magnesium glydinate, this should not be the case. It does not affect the gut. Yet when I switched my Optimum Magnesium Glycinate to the Bestvite brand, I had a major side effects. With the former, I never had any intestinal issues. It would stand to reason that this Bestvite may not be a pure magnesium glycinate as claimed.

Seem to be good! I was missing my other magnesium because of the tariff but found these and they seem very comparable.

This mag is well absorbed, in my opinion glycinate being the best form of magnesium. Take throughout the day and when taken before bed assists with sleep.
