Solid and stable.
After much consternation about stability and fit/adaptation (because I ordered a dual-monitor mount for my two home work station monitors and only realized when I received the mount that my Dell Monitors S2318HN/NX had no VESA compliant mounting bracket!!!) I ordered two of these HumanCentric adapter brackets. Thankfully, I got the mount on clearance and though the HumanCentric brackets were quite pricey (x2), the quality of this product is perfect for my needs. I read some reviews about bending / flimsiness / stability / drooping but the reality is that these adapter brackets are solid and strong - made of steel not bulky or unwieldy at all. There is NO ISSUE with them being weak, bending or flimsy. While i did have to adjust the actual mounting arms that hold the monitors to properly stabilize them, this was a result of the weight of the monitors, the proper adjusting and functioning of the ADX dual mount arm, and the particular way the mount is attached to my desk. The HumanCentric adapter product itself mated perfectly with the ADX dual mount bracket and provided a seamless integrated extension. I could not be happier. I spend an inordinate amount of time reading, researching and writing using these monitors for my work so it was really important for me to have something that once installed, I would not have to bother with and which works well. Aside from the unfortunate fact that I had to actually find a work-around to the absence of VESA mounts on the Dell monitors!!! (incredible oversight on Dell's part), I could not be more satisfied with this product. Thanks, HumanCentric.

Nice solution, consider that monitor will stand higher than a normal vesa monitor
As a solution is good, not the best one. Overpriced if you think that you can buy a newer model with vesa mount for about 140€. Also if you plan to mount it aside from another monitor, there will be difference on height. With this adapter monitor stands about 5-10 cm higher than a normal vesa monitor, so if your dual arm is not separate adjustable per arm you will see this difference.Mounted it on a dual arm, 1 dell s2719h (with adapter) & 1 dell s2721h. Study and strong material, feels safe as a vesa mount.

Perfect works exactly as expected
Verify the model of your monitor, but this works perfectly as expected! It’s a significant improvement over clamp-style adapters, giving your setup a much cleaner and more polished look.

Annoyingly expensive - but when you need it you'll pay!
As others have mentioned, this piece of metal is frustratingly expensive (more than the actual monitor arm its being used for!) But when you want it you gotta have it! It's made from a really sturdy piece of metal that sits a little away from the monitor. I was worried this would effect the stability of the monitor arm, which it has sliiightly. But only very slightly I'd say, not really noticeable at all! Also! Remember to slot the stabiliser in through the adaptor holes BEFORE you click it into your monitor. Otherwise you'll do what I did - set everything up, slot monitor into monitor arm, realise its a bit unsteady and you need the included stabiliser, but need to undo everything to attach the stabiliser to the mount! But that was my fault for not properly reading both sheets of instruction. Functions exactly as its supposed to.

Good idea, bad production. Adapters don't lock into place. Very loosely connected. High risk.
Very disappointed when I found out my Dell S2319 didn't have the Vesa mount holes needed to connect to a dual monitor stand. Looked around for anything that'd allow me to mount without having to sell and purchase new monitors. Saw that HumanCentric did make adapters which slot into the compartment of the monitor where the stand usually locks in. Did seem very pricy for a sheet of metal at first, at around £30 (cost more than my dual monitor stand), However I bought two of them. One on Amazon and one on eBay as used. Very disappointed to find that the the adapters don't actually lock into the compartment. Rather than just sit there. The actual stand provided by Dell, locks into place and to remove it a pin has to press a small button to release the stand. I have been able to mount both monitors, however they're very loosely connected to the stands. Any movement on table causes them to shake quite a bit. Not really happy, will probably have to eventually sell both monitors and buy new vesa approved ones.

Does what it says on the tin (box)
Does what it says on the box - has options for both VESA 75 or 100 very steady when attached to my monitor arms (even when my sit stand desk is going up and down) Easily fit my monitor (look at the description rather than the product title) took less than 5 minutes to fit and set up.

A unique solution
Some Dell monitors don't have VESA mounts. But this piece of metal solves that problem. It's simple to assemble and fit. There is no wobble and I have every confidence it will stay secure on my montior arm. It's a little more expensive then I would like. But when there is no other solution. The price isn't so bad I guess.

This worked great! I have a Dell S2719DM monitor. It has two little screws holding the current stand to the monitor (see attached photo). I was afraid the adapter wouldn't be strong enough to turn the monitor vertically on its side (portrait aspect ratio), but it was perfectly strong and without any give, bending, or shaking. The only part that was tough was pressing down the adapter on the back of the monitor to get the two screw holes in the adapter to line up with the screw holes of the stand joint on the back of the monitor. I was afraid of pushing down too hard and breaking the screen. But that didn't happen. It would be easier if you removed the rubber strips from the adapter that protect the back of the monitor from being scratched by the bracket. Pressing down is really only making up for that thickness. You could add soft velcro strips or two strips of duct tape between where the adapter edges touch the monitor. They MAY avoid scratches and then you'd just need GooGone to remove the stickiness. But I was ok pressing down to line up the holes. The adapter comes with four VESA screws that seem small, but they worked very well for my control arms and lines up easily. They are only slightly bigger than the monitor stand screws, so they are quite capable of supporting the monitor weight. You will still need the two screws that came with the monitor stand to connect the adapter to the monitor. That's also great because then you don't lose them if you plan to sell the monitor later with it's original stand. I am very thankful someone created this adapter! I was able to get a great looking monitor and use it in a way Dell didn't plan for us ergonomic correct users. :) Really happy with this!
