The Hazard 4 Fleece Liner is designed to provide essential warmth and versatility for outdoor enthusiasts. Built to integrate seamlessly with Poncho Villa™ Technical Soft-Shell Ponchos, this liner snaps into MK2 and later versions. Whether worn as a hooded poncho, used as a flat-lay blanket, or stuffed into its own front pocket as a pillow, it delivers comfort and insulation in cold weather conditions. Ideal for hiking, camping, and other outdoor sports, it enhances warmth while remaining lightweight and easy to carry. This fleece liner features customizable loop panels on the front, back, and sleeves, allowing users to attach unit patches, name tapes, IDs, and morale patches. Designed like a soft shell jacket, it provides a military-style aesthetic while ensuring superior functionality for both men and women. When worn alone, it functions as a hooded poncho, offering windproof protection and full coverage over the torso and most of the legs. As an insulating layer, it pairs perfectly with a military waterproof poncho, adding warmth for field activities, walking, or camping in unpredictable conditions. Made from soft, high-quality fleece, this liner is comfortable, warm, and quick to layer over outdoor gear. It is ideal for use at home, in a tent, at a cottage, or for changing lakeside. Compact and travel-friendly, it stuffs into its own front pocket for easy storage and is machine washable for hassle-free maintenance.

Nice fleece poncho liner
This is a warm, long, and "weighty" poncho liner. It is not "hooded", but you can pull the collar at least halfway over your head to keep it and your ears warm. Overall it appears worth the price tag.Personally I'd prefer a full hood and pockets for the hands. It has a pouch, but placing your hands inside is awkward. Aside from personal preference, Hazard 4 makes pretty good products.

Excellent Product With the 2020 version of the Hazard 4 Poncho, and Good By Itself Without Rain
I spend a lot of time looking for a superior poncho and liner system. The Hazard 4 poncho has this fleece liner as a optional item. The version 2020 poncho is equipped with snaps for this optional liner to keep it from flapping around in windy inclement conditions. The early version of the poncho does not have these snaps, though the liner will still fit under it. The liner fits perfectly under my 2020 poncho and its very warm and just what I hoped for. You can wear the fleece liner without the poncho inside or outside if its not raining and it is very warm and comfortable. Together, the products are the best system I found and I highly recommend them if you have the extra funds to acquire both. The only downside to either is their cost.

I wear it around the house when it's cold lol
I love this, it is super cozy. I bought to wear around the house instead of blankets when it is chilly. Great for watching tv or playing video games or just doing things that I can't do with a blanket wrapped around me.I haven't had a chance to take it outside but I'm sure it would be great outside especially with layers, and there is snap in rain cover purchased separately that I imagine would pair well for nastier weather. It serves the purpose I bought it for, and I'm happy with it.

Comfortable but no hood
This poncho liner is very warm and comfortable, however there is no hood. It kind of looks like there’s a hood in the photo, but that’s just extra material around the neck.

Great material and quality!
This add on was so worth the money to my poncho villa poncho! I am so glad I made this purchase! The material is heavy but not too heavy that it's a burden but enough to keep you warm. It fit perfectly with and on to my poncho villa poncho and me and it looks really cool too if you ask me! Is definitely water resistant!

For Poncho Villa MK2 2020 Version
This poncho liner fits inside the Hazard 4 Poncho Villa 2020 version. It will say MK2 on the inside front pocket. Make sure to purchase the MK2 and not the Original Poncho Villa. If you want the full poncho. The original Poncho Villa is regularly sold on Amazon. The original does not snap inside the liner. I had to purchase the liner through Amazon and the MK2 (top part) through Hazard 4.As for fit. This is a one size fit all poncho. So this will be fine width wise. Height, if you are anywhere around 6’ tall, this will fit perfectly. As in knee area length. For someone shorter than 5’ this might be your look, but it may be touching your shoes. This liner is made for a cold winter. Connecting under the separate top part. The top part (MK2) that is sold separately, is the waterproof part of the poncho. I think they call it water resistant, but it seemed pretty waterproof when I was wearing just the top part in a hurricane.* This will not protect you against a hurricane. It helps to roll up and pull over the back of your head, to take these off. Or to put these ponchos on, in any kind of organized way. This fleece liner can be worn separately by itself as well. Without the MK2, it will not block water by itself though. But is very warm.
