Value for the money. The durability and functionality made it a good fit to use for my video recording needs. Its versatility allowed me to use it to get footage from my GoPro on my flight and to attach to my windshield to get some video for my YouTube channel. It’s swivel capability allowed me on attach it just perfectly to capture the footage I wanted. The suction held up well to the weight of the GoPro. Great for your smaller camera, GoPro, or similar camera. Would buy it again if I needed a second one.

Sticks, good, and has many different position settings

I felt like this camera mount was pretty good. I do think that the suction could be maybe just a touch stronger, felt like when I had it on the windshield outside the vehicle might have come loose but it seemed to hold up okay. I would maybe wait a little bit longer to make a definitive decision on that. I definitely would not use it without the tether that it comes with just have that added security. The price was right though.

I was scared to use it at the back of the boat but the suction cup worked as promised....though I will always use a tether just in case. It is easy to position and holds the GoPro steady. We get great video on the dame set up.

Astoundingly bad build quality/materials and quality control. I purchased two examples of this unit to add additional camera angles for filming my ice hockey games, and they both have unforgivable build quality and quality control issues. I make extensive use of mounts like this on a regular basis and this one isn’t the worst I’ve seen, but it’s a solid contender. There are screws/fasteners which are too long for the application and can’t be tightened down correctly. These are present on the suction engage lever, and when combined with the fact that the lever makes use of raised rails on the mount body itself causes the lever to shift off the raised rails and lose suction while engaged. The 1/4-20 screw mount materials are made from cheap drop-cast alloy instead of machined brass, this causes the threads to be incorrectly formed (this caused damage to the threads of one of my GoPro 1/4-20 adapters which now needs to be replaced…). The anodizing process used on the ball joint/screw mount is incomplete and will eventually cause the cheap cast alloy to oxidize and corrode. As a couple of reviewers have already pointed out, the 1/4-20 screw mount is prone to breakage and is probably the weakest point on this product (definitely NOT something you want to see on a product tasked with holding your expensive gear, I’ve seen a couple of other reviews where their gear was lost in one way or another due to this piece breaking). The suction cups arrived in an absolutely filthy condition and will not work out of the box after removing the protective plastic (the cups were so filthy that the protective plastic applied for shipping wasn’t even adhering). The suction cup material is substandard and too stiff to do the job its being tasked with and will eventually fail over time (this was born out by my testing this unit versus an official GoPro equivalent on ice hockey rink glass with the units affixed to the exterior of the glass (properly prepped and cleaned), this unit consistently fell off after a while, the official GoPro mount, for all its issues, worked flawlessly). There’s a bunch of other fit and finish issues which could normally be overlooked except for the critical flaws in material, build quality, and quality control. This coupled with the apparently atrocious customer service from this manufacturer (I haven’t received even a single reply yet), this unit isn’t worth the cost of the packaging it comes in. Take a hard pass on this unit and run screaming the other direction. Bite the bullet and pay for a better mount, even the GoPro official version, with all its flaws and issues, works better. If you have the budget, grab Smallrig’s version, it’s far and away the best option for this kind of thing despite its price tag.

I've bought two other car mounts for my GoPro - And they both shimmied and shook so much the footage was useless - One unit fell off the car when I went over 25mph - THIS PRODUCT WORKS - As soon as it arrived, I popped on my GoPro and hit the road - Now, don't go speeding down the highway - but - the footage is stable enough that it can be fixed in post - and didn't see a real wobble until I hit 40mph - I was a little disappointed that it didn't come in a box - I'm a stickler for how I store equipment - and the little black bag is not really condusive for storage - But definitely worth the price -

Overall I was happy with the product after purchasing one suction cup device however the second suction cup device I purchased is breaking at the 360 degree area and is no longer holding up the camera properly. There is a crack forming between the plastic 360 degree casing causing the 360 degree area to spin and not hold together tight enough to hold the camera up straight. I have only used this device a handful of times since purchasing it just over 30 days ago.

Used on the boat for wakeboarding. Suction cup works amazing. Keeps the GoPro stable. After a few days had little worry about it not suctioning in 115degree weather.

It is well made and works great

I used this for a road trip to the Nurburgring, and it was a brilliant little piece of kit. I used it inside and outside the car and i never doubted its suction capability. Easily adjusted and removable for safe storage.

Fiquei preocupado, pois pelo preço e em ser de plástico achei que era fraquinho. Uso ele tanto interno preso no parabrisa do carro quanto externo, preso na lataria.... Já me ajudou no momento que não tinha um tripé e foi mão na roda.
