Very easy to use. It heats up fast and does what it promises to. It is definitely worth the price and I'm glad I bought it. My hair is short and even so it does tame it easily, especially good for fly aways & frizz, leaving it smooth and shiny. If I had to knit pick, I wish the cord wasn't as thick as it is hard to place it on a counter when it is hot, as the cord makes it flip sideways. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

Found this comb to be very useful not only for my beard but for my hair as well. My beard is pretty curly and a bit patchy in some spots. Now obviously you will see some results from the first use but when used frequently you will notice the difference on how straight your beard would maintain. My only complaint about the KUSCHELBÄR is that the extension cord could be a bit longer. But other than that the comb works very well...don’t expect it to be a product that will give you instant results. For some it will at first use, for others like myself you will see better results gradually after every regular use. The comb itself is sleek and feels legit and sturdy (in other words not cheaply made) The extension cord while it being a bit short is definitely heavy duty. The comb itself is easy to use with a simple button and it’s only one heat setting which by the way will not burn your beard and most importantly, your skin. Plus the packaging it come in is pretty secure itself. Seems like this brand definitely put their time in to build this product. I highly recommend the KUSCHELBÄR and you’re definitely getting what you paid for.

This is an update**** When I received this item, I was very concerned about the packaging because it was not shrink wrapped like other products you would buy inside a store and with COVID-19 going around, I was nervous. My first use was bad because a fuse was blown and the comb would not turn on. I was going to return it and ordered a replacement. After going to my circuit breaker and flipping the circuit, now it works. This comb pulls a lot of power and gets very hot, but you can hold it on the handle. It may not get your hair as straight like a woman's flat iron, but it works to straighten and unkink most strains. Advice, use beard oil first before using the comb. I have a brother who wears a beard and I am going to send him the replacement comb as a gift. Happy early Christmas dude!

I like this product, felt it worked much better than other beard straighteners I've used, but alas it can only last so long. I've had mine less than a year. I decided it was starting to get really gross as over a short period of time it builds up oil and wax and hair in-between the heating elements. After about 6 months it was basically disgusting, but I continued to use it and ignore the gunk. Today I decided to break out the steam cleaner and see if I could blast the gunk off. No. No amount of blasting with hot steam will get close to cleaning this thing. I tried a tooth brush and hot soapy water, nothing. Eventually I decided to take it apart and see if that helped, no. It basically cannot be cleaned. Maybe if you went so far as to remove the wires with a soldering iron and then put the heating elements in an ultrasonic cleaner it might work? Short of that, there is no hope for cleaning this thing. I did find this worked better than the el cheapo versions you can buy on Amazon, but even if you spend the money on the Kushelbar, it's only good for a few months.

Bought this for my husband, and here is his review of it. It heats up nice and hot, feels good in the hand, and does what it says. It's easy to control as well, and it does smooth out the beard. The only drawback is that it still doesnt want to smooth or straighten the VERY curly hair that he has along the sides of his beard, closest to his face. We've tried several beard irons, trying to solve this issue, and nothing seems to do just that. This one works better than any others that he has tried, since the comb bristles are the shortest that we have found available, but still doesn't quite get those insanely curly pieces closest to his face, smooth enough. He's been using this one and another one to get his desired result, but still hasn't found the ONE. The product itself is amazing, and fairly priced. Just be aware if you have a very curly beard, you need patience to get the desired result!

I have been looking for something to straighten my beard out and I mustache. The quality is exceptional. I use this after getting out of the shower so that I can straighten my beard and dry it all at the same time. It allows me to moisturize my beard easier.

De muy buena calidad, aunque tardó un poco más de lo esperado en llegar. Lo recomiendo si tienen barba corta como yo.

Despues de haber comprado 3 similares chinos muy baratos, puedo decirles que este sí vale lo que cuesta por calidad de material, temperatura y rapidez de alaciado. Eso sí, si tu barba no mide por lo menos 1.5 cm no lo vas a aprovechar.

My beard isn't very long and the hair is very thick but it got the job done. I haven't been able to burn myself (yet) so it feels very safe. I have heard issues in the long term so if it ever happens to me I'll update my review. So far I'm very satisfied. It goes to 400F which is well above what is needed, but I guess that's a personal option.
