The length is great, and the heat settings are perfect. The warm temp is just right. Thank you for a great product!

At the first 'warm' (lowest) setting (green LED), the heating pad is slightly too hot. To 'soften' this heat, we wrap the person's body part in a light blanket. The shape of the controller (CM51) highly induces the controller to turn upside-down, which faces the status (on or off, etc) LEDs toward bed/upholstery, etc. This reduces ease of checking the controller's status. The (2 hour) power-timeout is a valuable feature. If you (with controller turned off) unplug the connector at the pad, then plug back in, the controller will then malfunction. To quickly fix, unplug the 120v cord, then replug. You then can use the controller as usual to turn on the pad.

I have 2 of these. They are very soft and comfy when wrapping around my waist to sleep. I have a bladder pain problem and heat helps. Like that it has auto cutoff too.

So glad I got this. Long the length and heat level. Love to adjustable heat settings. Cord length is good. Super soft
