Great fit!
These are exactly what I was looking for. My need is more centered around the metatarsal support. These insoles provide great support and cushion in that area but are not overly thick. Other insoles are too thick for a lot of my favorite shoes and make them too tight or make my foot sit too high in the shoe itself. These work great in my Vans and Converse and my slip on Asics. I just ordered a second pair that should be arriving today.

Love these.
They fit great in wide toe boxed shoes, like Altra's help my metatarsalgia by giving a good transverse arch and support

My experience/ foot type/ condition
Ok so I’m only a week into these but I’m pretty sure these are going to be the best off the shelf orthotic insoles I’m going to find, for my feet. I suffered a SEVERE lisfranc fracture; ie broke three metatarsal bones and disclocated them and other foot bones. 2+ yrs later and my foot still causes me problem (full disclosure never did physical therapy after surgery because I didn’t have health insurance, I just kind of dealt with it and used it more and more as time went on and treated it like I did before the injury.) The biggest issue it gives me is mid stride for no apparent reason I’ll get a shooting pain like i misstepped which reminds me I injured my foot and am not 100%. I’m also flat footed with literally no arch whatsoever when bearing weight and a minuscule arch when no weight is on my feet. So with all that info out of the way. These insoles metatarsal support feels more like an arch support and the padded heel and ball of the the foot areas seem thin in comparison to other insoles I’ve tried. Initially I wasn’t going to give them a try and thought the support would make my feet hurt in the arch of my foot. However my feet feel great, they still get tired and sore after a days worth of work but they feel better than before with other insoles I’ve had, not literally stronger but stronger in the sense of better feeling. The more important thing to me is I’ve yet to experience the abrupt shooting pain I’d experience at least once a day before these insoles. Even when not wearing them my bare feet walking at home feel more stable (the tripod support) like a good foot should feel. In summery these insoles worked for me. The only thing I’d like to see improved would be better or more cushiony/ bouncy like padding in the heel and especially the ball of the foot area. As is is good but I think it would be more comfortable with a gel pad. Note I also followed the sizing recommendation; ie my foot measurement and NOT my shoe size, which I think makes a big difference too. I ordered a size medium based on my foot of 10.5” vs my shoe size that ranges between 10.5-11.5 depending on the shoe brand/ style of shoe.

Very comfortable and good cushioning
I bought these to help with my fallen Metatarsal which was causing me pain in the balls of my feet when I walked. They are nicely cushioned and very well made. They have a good size metatarsal support and a good arch support. You can really feel them pushing my metarsal back up and supporting my arches. Like me you may have to wear them for a few hours gradually increasing they time you can wear them till you can wear them all day. They have really helped my foot pain.

Orthotic insole
The metatarsal pad is really large and it uncomfortable.

Finally relief!!
2 years ago I hurt my foot when I was squatting down. Something popped in either my toe or in the middle of my foot, and I have had constant everyday pain for 2 years. I suffered through it, and I found that if I just bought new shoes every two to three weeks, it was bearable. I went to the doctor, but I am VA, and they weren't really going to try to find what's what's wrong. I started googling all the symptoms myself, and found I might have Morton neurosis. I ordered these insoles and I've been wearing them for the past 3 days. Literally, after having them in my shoes for about 2 hours, the pain went away. I have had three days of not even thinking about my foot. I never wore shoes at home, because it would be instant pain. If I was barefoot, I didn't feel anything. I knew the shoes were somehow causing the pain, I assumed they were squishing my toes. I went up half a size and shoe, it got a little bit better, but after a couple of weeks I would still have to buy another pair of shoes. These insoles fixed my foot in a few hours. These are only half size insoles, so they will slide around, so I spray glued them into my shoe. Shoe. I also removed the original insole that was in my shoe, to accommodate these new ones. It works perfect, no issues, and finally no pain.

Such a waste of money
Don't waste your money in these insoles. They aren’t comfortable at all. In fact, these actually made my knees hurt

Help out a lot
These give room for your toes and not hurt your feet as compared to full length inserts
