Is murphy oil good for kitchen floors?

Yes it leans and shines well but it leaves an oily residue so just be sure to either buff the oil out or have a slippery floor!

Can you use this product to spot clean painted walls?

Only if it is semi gloss or gloss because of the oil.Flat paints will spot.

is this good on wood panel walls?

I haven't found anything that Murphy's won't clean. Just remember this is mixed with water, and water and wood don't always get along. So make sure that the sponge or cloth, or whatever you are using, is wrung out very good. I just cleaned wood cabinets with it, prior to painting and it did a fine job.
