These derby shoes are nicely constructed, but the sizing is off. The fact that there are no true half sizes made it difficult to get a really good fit. The 8 UK was very narrow and tight in the toe box, while the 9 UK was okay in width but way too long given that it was only one size up from the 8 UK. Also, the box listed brow for the color, but the shoes were actually burnished cognac. I'll stick with Anthony Veer; I only wish they would do the burnished finish on there brown shoes.

I am not sure why these shoes are getting bad reviews... they are a bit smaller than expected (they are fine with thinner socks), but otherwise I like them a lot... these are actually my favorite shoes. I do not use them every they, only when I want to look really good and professional. They look very elegant and more expensive than they are.

Great quality shoes with leather soles, they remind me of Loakes, - warning they do come a bit on the small size, I returned my first pair of 11-11.5 and ordered 12-12.5, they fit perfect and I'm an 11.5 normally. They shoe size printed on the sole is UK sizing btw.

Looks good from outside, somewhat small, uncomfortable to wear for long hours and doesn't come with bottom grip.

really nice shoes for the price

Shoe is large on me (size 13, bought size 13-13.5), and slips around a bit. Not the most comfortable thing to wear, not unbearable. I like how it looks, and the quality seems OK, although it gets scuffed easily.

Good look, good fit, pretty good quality.

the bottom of the shoe extends out a bit which takes away from the elegance.
