NTK(25198) Oxygen Sensor

Now from all the research, this was the best option after the original part. However, the box came damaged and I did not take the risk to install it. Had to find other resources to get it in person.

Already tripping check engine code. Worked for about a month

I was doing a huge engine service to my car. The dreaded turbo job. My old turbo had blown out so upon removing piece by piece by piece the moment I removed my catalytic converter I was disgusted by how absolutely fouled my old O2 sensors were(they weren’t throwing codes but I’m sure they weren’t but a few thousand miles from it). It didn’t dawn on me ntk/ngk until I installed but it came pre anti-seize lubed and the sensor was covered by a hard plastic. My OBDII reader also is showing better live dating readings as well. So far so good!!!!

One of the failing parts on my scrap yard rescued 2007 Mini Cooper S happened to be the downstream O2 sensor. After much research, I came across this guy. The price was significantly less than the Bosch sensors and it seemed to have good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. It was a perfect fit and after a couple of engine cycles, this cleared the code from the computer! Definitely would recommend. Thanks!

Fits and works perfectly on my wife's 2009 Mini Clubman S with the N14 turbo engine. Cable is the correct length, so no issues or thrown codes.
