One of the bore snakes came broken, I contacted their customer support and requested a replacement. Right away they handled the issue and sent me the replacement along with some goodies for the trouble. Great company, quality material, and they actually care about their customers. Convenient to add to my range bag. Very good for a quick clean of my firearms bores before packing up. I then can do a more traditional cleaning when I get home.

I like Otis products for the most part. These bore snakes are really just for a quick run through at the range or between fights to do a quick carbon clear… not clean. Good product but not what I expected as far as results. Easy to use, fast and functional.

Purchased as a gift for my boyfriend and he has used it multiple times. He's impressed with the high quality material the kit is made from.

had this for a few months now. Makes cleaning much easier when i go to the range. Pull it though (even when the barrel is hot) and it does a great job getting most fouling out. I still use a bore snake every 5th or so visit, but this really helps.

Would recommend to others it's a nice way to have a complete set with me at range or to carry in vehicle when hunting
