This is not like a Tom Tom or Garmin, it seems to me you've got to set a radio channel to get a proper reception, when I plugged mine in it was hazy, no good for me! It isn't easy to set up will probably not use again I couldn't recommend but I'm not 7 yrs old anymore.

7 inch. Good for driving. Clear. Do not need my glasses on.

I can't find any memory car for navigator. why?

The navigation is very clear on the screen. It is easy to search using postcode, enough time to see the next turning and provide route accuracy from starting point to destination. The sound system is good and loud enough to guide us. One more good thing is that it gives speed camera alerts.
