I don't know why this is not billed as a tubing mascara. It's great! I have long lashes and this helps to define and volumize. I do not get any clumps on my lashes, and it does not flake off. It removes easily with warm water in my night cleansing routine. I have tried many tubing mascaras and I like this one the best for a natural look that does not have clumped lashes. I would say it is closest to the Caliray tubing mascara that was my other favorite, but more pricy.

i don't understand why they don't advertise mascaras as being tubing. anyway, i had the original non-waterproof one first and loved it (nb- i have fairly long voluminous lashes so i don't need all that much from a mascara). however, after wearing for a couple hours i would have a dark smudge on my undereyes so i decided to try this waterproof one. admitted it doesn't lengthen or volumise as much and the brush is more plasticky and doesn't grip my lashes as well. but it washes off so easily i'd forgive it. if you rub your eyes you might get a couple flakes which you can just brush away as opposed to smudging around. i came up with the perfect solution of putting the original wand in the waterproof one and now i love it even more!

Recently discovered this mascara as I am a long time fan of these products. My HG waterproof mascara is Voluminous in Black. I was curious to try this as I am a contact lens wearer. If don't need to be 'waterproof', prefer the easy removal of tubing formulas for everyday wear. Saw this and had to give it a try. The takeaway: Impressed! More conditioning than Double Extend; has the same brush as the original Voluminous mascaras. The formula went on smoothly and 2 coats were applied. I had no smearing (even when I used my contact lens rewetting drops) and zero irritability issues. My lashes were thickened, darkened, and lengthened. Lasted all day and removed easily with pressure and warm water. Here is the CON: Apparently L'oreal is discontinuing this product, but what they really need to do is just rebrand it in the Voluminous line! Many don't know about this hidden gem and they have a winner on their hands if they repackage/remarket. In the meantime, (if you are a brand loyalist) Double Extend is a second sound/economical choice from this company. For a cf option, I also recommend Milani Highly Rated Lash Extensions but with the wand from their "10 in 1" mascara for the best results.

I loved everything about this mascara. It didn't make my lashes hard and brittle, it was easy to work with, and in one coat, it gave my lashes length and lots of volume in the most beautiful way. It fanned them out, no clumps, no flakes or smudges. I'm devastated this was discontinued. I feel drugstore brands are constantly trying to pump out new things and discontinue some really great products.

I had high hopes after reading about this mascara in an Allure article. Positives- easy glide on formula that’s tubing Darkens and lengthens. Washes of easy with cleanser or miscellaneous water. Does not run or flake. Very affordable. Conditioning and leaves lashes soft. Cons- a 2nd coat will give volume but there’s a high risk of clumping. Water resistant not waterproof. Loses its umph by midday. It just seems to fade away. I will finish the tube but on the fence for a repurchase.

This mascara is amazing and stays put. Doesn’t end up under my eyes at the end of the day. If you use a primer with it you’ll look like you have false eyelashes on! Really good mascara!

L'Oreal is the GOAT of drugstore mascaras (in my opinion). This was a TUBING formula, and was very nice. I don't understand why they make a line like Age Perfect limited edition. We're not getting any younger, L'Oreal! Please bring this mascara, along with the rest of this stellar line!

This mascara clumped and fell off after application. I have short straight very fine lashes. Not oily skin at 85! Worst mascara I have ever used.

This is great mascara. I always use loreal's water proof mascara, thought I'd try this one. It goes on really nicely, glide-like and gives great definition. Comes off in the shower easily probably because of the oil in it. I really like it even for the extra couple bucks. Bought another.

Good tubing mascara, I often look for mascaras that can come off easily with water, but they tend to be quite pricey. This mascara is a decent cost for the product you’re getting. It’s not extremely easy to get off and I still find I need to use cotton pads in micellar water, but it does a pretty good job.

Love this mascara. My lashes appear longer and thicker. There is no smudging or running. The mascara needs to be flaked off between fingers at the end of the day, so it stays on very well.

Nothing exciting about this product. Lashes look more natural with this mascara. But easy to wash off at the end of day seeing that this is a tubing mascara. Nice even coat gives no clumping or transfer. This would be an everyday type of mascara. If you want that extra va-va-voom, I dont think this will give you that.

I have blond eyelashes. This mascara is really good. It covers well and can be applied in layers if you want it thicker. It lasts through the day but comes off easily with a face wipe. Recommend!
