The installation process was quick and easy! The new hood latch/lockbox is very secure, adjusts really tight, and is way more robust (of great quality) than my original pair that came with the TJ. I am very satisfied.

The only reason I'm docking this product a point is because the bolts weren't in the box. I had to use bolts I had laying around in my garage. Other than that, it's pretty solid, adjustable, feels strong and looks great. I dig it.

I wish to edit my initial review. I was contacted by email by the company and they explained to me what had happened. Apparently the part I received was for a different model of Jeep, slightly older I believe. The company remedied this by shipping to me the correct parts I needed. The customer service they showed me was excellent and truly was unexpected. I would like to highly recommend their company and product as it does appear to be of very high quality and now I can also speak highly of their customer service as well. I would like to thank them for their efforts to reach out to me to fix the initial error. Was disappointed when I installed them and they didn't fit properly. I have a 2009 jeep wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and after taking the time to take off the original latches and getting these into place, when I went to put the lock pin in I was shocked to find that the center post that it should slide through was about 1/2"- 1" too shot to reach the necessary length for the pin to pass through. Even though it is adjustable, even at its max length there was no way it was going to be long enough. I was very disappointed after putting in the time and effort for the installation to have this happen after it was such a promising looking product and was originally just what I was looking for. The materials seem to be high quality and the install wasn't too bad after taking the grill and lights out to have better access.

Put on a 2003 Jeep Wrangler. The alignment holes fit perfect. Great replacement over the factory rubber mounts. Nice look and great functionality. Very durable, good value for the money and simple to install. I've been off-roading with it and it seems to be very durable

I bought the for my 2020 Sahara, I wish that I give this product 5 stars, cause truth is. It is a really nice product and looks really cool on my jeep. Installation from the factory locks down was a breeze. My negative on this product are that, locking and unlocking are a little cumbersome, the barrel key is really stubby, for that's a problem due to my nerve damage on my hands, for anyone else I guess wouldn't be such an issue. The second issue I have is that it doesn't come in red, once again it's a personal thing...but my real issue is that I have owned and installed this lock about a month and half ago and the securing cable has already starting to rust inside of the protective plastic, I'm wondering how long will it be before the cable loses its strength and no longer secures the hood.

Clean and easy install. While other complain about how difficult (or impossible) they are to remove, they are clearly challenged. The "T" tool provided allows you to insert, depress and twist to unlock the pin for quick removal. Quality product from what I see. Of course, I'm only a few days in. Will report back more later. Worth the money and well built.
