I got these as a gift for an avid bread baker. Time will tell how much he likes them but I feel good knowing we're not wasting plastic bags anymore just to transport loaves around. Cleaning them will be an interesting task.

Doesn't smell when i first opened. I used one of the bags to hold produce and it's letting it breathe. I hand washed the one I used for bread and didn't give me a fuss. Worth it for me.

I like the product. It is well made, but doesn't keep my bread fresher, longer than plastic bags. I also researched that a bread box helps, but it still doesn't do as well as plastic for keeping it from becoming stale. That is the problem with fresh baked bread, without preservatives. 4 stars for doing the job, but the implied freshness being better than storing in plastic is a bit misleading. If I had the need, I would do business again, but the marketing leaves a little to be desired.

While better than leaving the bread sitting out, my hopes to avoid plastic bags or foil-wrapping did not result in my bread staying fresh in these bags as my research lead me to believe. They are pretty, but I find that I still need to wrap my homemade breads in something more airtight before putting them in these bags if I don't want them to dry out.

I bake bread frequently and these bags really keep the loaves fresh for at least 3 days, perhaps longer but our bread gets eaten quickly! They are finished nicely and wash up well.

Being a culinary instructor and wanting to surprise my wife with your natural bread bags, I ordered 3 of them. I have been making bread at home and my wife got inspired and now she is baking bread daily and delivering a loaf to some self isolated Senior Citizens. We love, love, love your bread bags!

These bags are a great concept, but they didn't keep our bread fresh. Couldn't even give them away and ended up using them for cleaning rags.

The quality is great. I washed when I received and they turned out fine.
