High Quality! Dependability!!!
Fits well, Does not damage the finish of the weapon as far as I can see. Retention is nice and smooth while drawing the weapon. I did change the attachment clip that it came with to a more pancaked style. would purchase again!

GREAT HOLSTER
Very nice holster and the easy on and off belt clip is very nice and sturdy. Safety is protected as well as mag release. A few of the other reviews mentioned the very nice belt clip causing holster to sit away from your hip. Not a big deal, especially if you like wearing loose clothing to conceal or your good with open carry. Great holster for price, now the bad :(. And it’s not the holster or seller, I screwed up. Description is correct but some how I missed that this was not for Government Model (5”). I’m trying to locate this same holster now for my Government Model because I think it’s great I’m gonna just keep it instead of returning. I am going to take a heat gun and try and reshape it where my frame hits preventing my Government model from seating all the way. I would purchase this again I’m a heart beat

Fits some 1911's.
My Kimber custom II fits in the holster but not perfectly. The holster is molded for a different 1911. Retention is ok and the belt loop release mechanism seems sketchy but holds up.

Great build quality, poor fit
Getting the thing out of the box I was excited because for the price, the holster looked and felt great. However, no amount of adjustment would allow me to draw out of the holster because it was *way* too tight and did not have a proper fit around portions of the trigger guard, tight enough to remove the finish in spots.Taurus Commander 4.5", your milage may vary.

Fits as advertised.
Fit my 1911 perfectly. Very snug, but its adjustable. Belt attachment is different but works well.

Fits 1911
Fits the 1911. Well constructed for the price. It’s not a positive locking holster, more of friction fit, so cartwheels while carrying aren’t recommended. But the pistol stays where it’s supposed to and it’s easy to draw. Comfortable to wear.

Doesn’t fit my Tisas 1911
Ordered this holster to start carrying a Tisas 1911 with 4.25” barrel. Nope. Too snug. Couldn’t even get it beyond the opening, even though I had loosed the adjustment screws. I then removed the screws, but then could not close it to put the screws back once the pistol was in the holster. Disappointed.

Great value
Only thing negative is that neither of my Kimbers (Pro Carry II, Custom TLE II) fit in it. Fit a 70 series colt commander, 80 series colt commander , a Remington Rand full size w/ target sights, a rock island full size, and a Palmetto State frame w/ a Rem-sport commander slide. (All .45 acp) The full sizes hang out the bottom of course. Rides well in the configuration I received. Adjustable up or down easily.
