This product is literally a just PCB connected to copper wire with mini bulbs powered by 3 AAA batteries that are held by two removeable plates and 50 clips. Using Eneloop AA rechargeable batteries (BK-3MCCA), they lasted about 15 hours (3 evenings) before the lights got dim. Was going to try Alkaline batteries until I noticed a burnt section of wire between one battery plate and the PCB. I missed it when removing the product out of the box. I'm not sure if it's safe to continue usage, but theoretically, it should be low enough watt usage to not be a problem. Though, if you read the reviews mention smoking, who knows what's wrong with the PCB design. Still, I'm not sure how this got past quality control. Design of the battery box is terrible too, as the PCB is completely exposed once the cover is removed, and the cover isn't very secure. If you're looking to buy battery-powered lights that are safe, this is not a good choice. Make sure to check the box design before you buy.11/13/21 EDIT: Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars after more observation. After several months of usage, the "burnt" section hasn't been a problem (probably because low watt usage). I really don't know how others could get smoke from theirs, unless it was so humid that water droplets formed in their battery box and destroyed the PCB. Otherwise, those were major defects. Though, the lack of Watt usage or related makes it difficult to determine the cause and how long different batteries should last. If I used online resources correctly, this thing uses less than 1 Watt and should last around 30 hours when using 4 Duracell AA batteries based on the Eneloop batteries lasting around 15 hours.The second picture is to show how bright the lights are in a lit room and when the batteries are near full capacity. Hopefully, it's not a spoiler for viewers but gives you other ideas for using these lights.10/29/22 update: Still no issues even with the black spot. After familiarizing myself more with the components, I'd say it is more than fair pricing.

I had ordered these years ago and wanted more. I took a chance hoping these would match and was pleased to find the new ones exactly match what I already had. My older ones have been used daily for years and the new one seem to be of the same quality. Each LED is bright but not so much that you can’t look at it - including the white ones which are a soft yellowish white. 200 LED light; white, green, red, blue spaced 4” apart for a total length of 66 ft. USB plug at one end. The other end does not have any plug - so it is not possible to add-on additional strings. Various lighting patterns for flashing, pulsing or constant can be controlled by included remote as well as the button on the plug. All settings involve all 4 colors.

I bought these for my room and was shocked at how long and bright they were. I have a pretty large room and these give the perfect amount of light for reading and other things at night. I highly recommend this product if you are in need of some fairy string lights.

These lights could be what I really wanted if they would just be in constant no blink mode.Is there a way to keep them from going crazy. I like their color and they give off just the right amount of brightness, but after they are turned on for less then 30 seconds they go crazy..

Once you figure out the placement of how to hang these I think they are definitely super cute. They are more flimsy than I thought they would be don’t really look like picture. But I think they are still super cute
