Great sound that saves us money!
We purchased this to reduce the cost of renting microphones at venues with outrageous AV costs. Instead of paying $100/day per microphone, we tried these. I will purchase another one before our next event and we have several events coming up, which will save us money with each one. We are a non-profit organization that teaches classes and budgets get tight with grant funded projects. The sound we get from this system is amazing, and the amplifier fills the room with our voices. I love the portability and there is no need for an expensive sound system either. Our facilitators can have the choice of the headset or handheld, and we can pass the handheld through the audience for questions. (although we can only use one at a time, not both) This is a great tool for us!

Light use only
The system was far too fragile for auction use. I unboxed it and immediately repackaged it so it could be returned for a refund..

Exeeded expectation.
I got the one with blue tooth, this product is awesome, exceeded my expectation. I needed a portable P.A. system same day, I found this one only available for next day shipment, tried going to local store (Guitar Center) to see if they had this in stock, well the sales guys told me that they had never heard of this make and that it was not popular, they showed me many expensive portable systems but the expense was out of my budget ($300 +) , they kept telling me that this is a fail system, there is no way such a small amp could produce 40 watts, output would be bad and will keep needing to change the batteries very often. I knew the sales guy was just completely trying to get me into buying his stuff because what he did not know is that I had read most of the reviews of this item here on Amazon, I knew in my mind that sooo many people cant go wrong. I mean this product has amazing reviews. Anyways got this product, very satisfied with it for what we need. The metal construction is certainly heavy duty but the plastic does look a little cheap with less finishing, however output is great, we use it for about 200 people in an open parking lot within an area of 2500 sq ft, the max volume is loud enough for everyone to hear what someone says, although about 300 feet away is a freeway causing lot of noise. Indoor output would have been better but have never found a need for it.

Impressive little machine!
This is an impressive little machine. Only just received it today. Plan on using it for a wedding. Thinking of having the minister use the wireless over the head mic and my partner and I use a wired mic. Note, the lapel mic is useless. You have to talk really close on top of the mic for it to pick anything up. Maybe a better third party lapel mic work or the minster might have one. Here some Pros and Cons so far.Pros:- Loud for such a small PA system- Can use one wireless mic and a wired mic together.- Music through the Bluetooth is good and clean. Not stereo but knew that going in. Someone said you had to pair it each time. This is not exactly true. You have to pick the Hisonic in the phone settings and then hold down the Bluetooth on the PA system which will go in pairing mode but then connect up. You just skip the searching on your phone part of pairing.- You can control the volume of all mics and Bluetooth inputs on the PA system- Aux in and out but have not tried them yet- External passive speak output. Have not tried it yet. Assuming the passive speaker mean not powered.- Simple to use- Light weight- Rechargeable battery for base unit- Replaceable battery for base unit.- Good instructions book and with lots of pictures. A plus is it is just English only. So, not a thick book with a lot of extra pages. However, for none English speaking people it might not be a good thing.- Big nobs and buttons. Well labeledCons:- Have to re-pair the two different mics each time you want to use one vs the other. It explain how to pair them for each mic. However, it does not say you have pair one and other will not work until it is re-paired. So the hand held mic was paired as default. So when trying the belt mics (over the head or lapel mics) they would not work. At thought they were broken. But then when I paired the belt mics they worked but the hand held mic did not work. That is when I realized they need to be paired each time you switch between the hand held mic and the belt mics. It should be explained better in the instructions with big warnings. I was about to return it thinking the belt mic was broken.- Lapel mic is useless. Have to have your mouth right up next to it to pick anything up. Attaching to a shirt would not pick anything up. To far away. Over the head mic works much better- Over the head mic is not comfortable.- The carrying bag is flimsy. The cover over the top does reach the velcro strip. The hand held mic will not fit in the pouches on the side of the bag when snapping the flap closed. Bad design. Plus needs some padding at the bottom of the pouches and main hole for the PA system. I can see someone dropping the bag and breaking the PA system.- Bluetooth should automatically connect to previously pair phones or tablets. Poorly designed programming of Bluetooth.- Tone dial interferes with the mic. Had to turn it down all the way. Think it is for the playing music over Bluetooth. It does change the music tones.- Mic 1 works better then Mic 2 with an omnidirectional mic. Mic 1 is louder. Not sure why. I had to use an adapter for Mic 2 since my mic uses the larger jack. I did use an extension cable with Mic 1 and use the same adapter for the extension (extension has the small audio jack) which worked well. Maybe Mic 2 is for a different kind of mic? Not an expert on mics.- No battery level indicator for low battery on the base unit. So do not know if it has a low battery and should be plugged in. Would think this would be important if you're in middle of a presentation. It would nice to look over and see how much time you have left so you can end your presentation sooner without embarrassment. Or have someone plug it in for you.Notes, some comments said that a 9 volt battery is used in the mics. My mics both used AA batteries. Plus, the 9 volt in the base unit is not needed. The contacts are not even their in this model. The hole is there but no contacts. Not sure what the 9 volt battery was for. Must be for other models. Also, make sure you plug in the rechargeable battery in the base unit before using it.

Great buy!
I took a chance with this product and so far so good I've used it twice where I have played music through the Bluetooth and then also use the headset and handheld mic is not easily repelled as of yet. But everything has been working great I do small meetings in a rotunda room at my state capitol and of use that for my sound system. I was using a bigger PA system where I had to roll it in it was quite bulky and heavy and the Caster wheels just wasn't holding up this has answered my prayer lightweight and sounds good I don't need help getting it to my destination from my vehicle I can do it all myself which is great cuz I don't always have help. Again I've only used it twice but both times it works very well. Great bang for the buck!!

Very useful device for fitness class
I bought this for my taichi class in 2017, I have really liked it until this year: the mic 3.5 input is dead, and the wireless mic is having hiccup within 10 yard. So i have to use its aux in 3.5 for a Bluetooth mic.Pros: Convenience, with Bluetooth, and built in wireless function, 3.5 mic, 6.5 mic, Aux in and Aux out. The sound quality is pretty good for outdoor.Cons: The bluetooth won't remember the device, so you have to pair it with your smart device each time power onwireless connection has hiccup every so often, makes it sudden silent a few seconds, not good for class. If built in wireless is stable, it would be a great device.
