DIY Makeup and Homemade Beauty Products: The All-Natural, Chemical-Free Cosmetics Book

Unlike the last diy makeup book I reviewed, this book is everything makeup and how to make and apply it ,five automatic stars, highly recommend this boom🥰🥰🥰

I'm new to the concept of making my own makeup at home, and wanted a simple read to get me started in the right direction. This Kindle book is actually pretty good, and the price is very affordable. My only complaint is the book could use some grammar editing. There were several spots in the book that had sentences which made no sense because of jumbled words. Otherwise, the book is a pretty good read for beginners like myself. I gave it 4 stars (even with the grammar issues) because the information is helpful with ideas.

I will admit I did not read this book but skimmed through it. I found recipes for homemade make up, face cleansers, toners, masks etc. There are recipes for shampoos, conditioners, lip balm and probably some I forgot. I have not made any of these yet but I have made similar items before and these appear comparable in ingredients therefore I am sure they would be just as good! I love this book!

I will be using many of these recipes for my home and as gifts for friends and family.

This book was worth buying; very informative and true to the word about not containing products with chemicals.

This book wasn't what I was expecting. It is small and doesn't seem to be professionally done.

Teens especially, should read it. Helps raise awareness and the importance of not needing those nasty chemical bits in life! Beauty Magazine and cosmetic companies are making most of our young girls loosing more confidence in themselves, nowadays. Education on natural beauty and healthy ways of protecting the body and skin is vital. All in all is a fab book.

Recipes look ok but we are yet to try making any of them. I bought this as a gift for my daughter who has an interest in making her own cosmetics and I am a little disappointed to find that whilst the cover looks very appealing, there are absolutely no pictures or colour inside the book. I hope that doesn’t put her off.

Very informative, well written, great recipes. It does what it says on the tin.

no picture only few pages. not worth to get a hard copy with that price.
