I bought Paulo Santo, Sage and an Abalone Shell from Shamans market. The Sage did not arrive with the others so I reached out to them. They responded extremely fast and sent a replacement for the missing sage. It turns out the Sage was just behind the others in shipping and I received both. Not only were they kind enough to send me the replacement, but they included a small gift of additional Palo Santo by way of apology for the missing item. I immediately felt bad about the mix up when the "missing" item turned out to be shipped a bit later than quoted by amazon, but the effective, genuine and warm customer service has earned a customer for life! I highly recommend their products and the company as a whole!

On shopping for Palo Santo, it was important for me to narrow down to companies that assured sustainability. Then, it was about feeling confident about getting real Palo Santo wood. Many reviews on most companies would complain that the wood was not real. This is. These sticks behave properly when burned with white, mildly fragrant smoke. These have a subtler scent than the last sticks I had from elsewhere, but there's going be variability. I would have no problem buying from this company again. It is a good value for the real thing.

They will not stay lit

I was skeptical at first when I opened these up. The smell wasn't the same as some other Palo Santo sticks I have bought in the past. But they smoke how they are supposed to, and I can feel a shift in how I feel and how the house feels when I use them. If you are looking for some actual Palo Santo, I believe these are what you are looking for.

Quickly came to realize these sticks, unburnt, are WAY too strong-smelling to even keep in my apartment. Right now they are inside 3 layers of plastic zip locks and in a closed off stairwell, and the smell still is seeping in. Can't return them fast enough! This has been quite unpleasant to my HSP self. There is no way this is a natural product. It's got to be something synthetic to be this insidious. I did try burning a stick. It seemed to burn just fine and the smoke seemed normal enough, but I seriously question the source and legitimacy of these sticks.

Morning is my time for myself. I listen to vinyl records with amazing music, burn palo santo and enjoy life. The smell of the sticks is incredible🔥 The size is very convenient. This set is definitely worth the money!

Shamans Market was the first place I purchased Palo Santo - years ago. At some point they weren’t selling on Amazon and I tried a bunch of other sellers…nothing compared. Honestly was rather discouraged as it other purchases were clearly not the real thing. So glad I searched again and found that Shamans Market was selling again. Best way to double clear a space!🙏🏻
