How noisy are the wheels on a regular street paving?

Wheels are not at all noisy probably due to the larger size.

If one uses it walking during heavy rain for 30 minutes, will the water be going through the material into the inside or is the polyester water tight?

I have found this trolley to be water tight during heavy showers

can this be pushed or does it have to be dragged behind.

This is a very strong ,well made shopping trolley,the wheels are rather large, but the bag holds a lot of shopping and l can push it easily in front of me .
