Far exceeds expectations
Im very happy with this battery. My old one started to swell causing my phone to do crazy things. I didn't expect much from this but it showed up 2 days later and I cracked open the box. It was a little bit intimidating at first. Id never replaced a built in battery before but this was much easier than expected. Had everything I needed in box, except it would have been nice to have written instructions, not just a generic you tube link. I didn't know what a couple of the items were as they were not shown in video, but I figured it out. The battery works great, it holds a charge much longer than before, and it fixed all the weird things my phone was doing. I also noticed the touchscreen is more responsive too. Overall im very happy to have my phone working again, and with a significantly longer battery life. Thank you.

Fit perfectly
My old battery was burnt out but the phone works fine. It wasn't easy to remove the bad battery from the old one. It does require patience. Anyway, I tried to charge the new battery with a computer connected USB-C port, it seems to take forever to charge 10%. Since the percentage did increase, I put the back cover back to the phone and charged with wireless charger. Voila, it was fully charged from 70% to 100% within an hour. Since then, the battery works perfectly fine and feels not as warm as the stock battery when using wireless charger.

Less Than Great But Working Fine For Now
It was a decent priced option to replace a bulging time bomb battery of Samsung’s Note8. It fit perfectly and came with needed tools. I let it charge overnight. It’s most likely not the power it’s claimed to be. It drops from 100% to 98% just in the time to pick up the Note8 and unlock it. But works well enough to keep that device going for now. No harm giving a cell phone new life with this inexpensive replacement battery.

If you don't HAVE a battery...........
I had to repair the screen on my personal note 8 and since I was going to be there, I decided to replace the battery as the life of my old battery was getting too short to last a full day (5am-10pm). Around 630 or 7 I would have to charge it.The new battery claims to have 3600mah which is about 300 more than the original. I expect around a 10% increase over the old battery when it was new (something like 36hrs before needing to charge since the phone when new would go about 33 hrs).I am sad to report that this battery is actually WORSE than the used original. It wont make it 12 hrs without needing to be charged. Needless to say, I am aggravated and am left with only 3 things to say.1. If you don't have a battery, this will be an upgrade.2. Depending on the performance of the battery you currently have, you may or may not receive an improvement on your phone's current performance (pun intended). It didn't in my case.3. If you are looking for a battery to refresh your phone to performance similar to new, keep looking. This isn't it.

Watch replacement video before buying
After watching the video, my techie husband felt it was too risky for him to try to install the battery. He was afraid he'd fry my phone, so it sits in its box. We are moving and I can't even say where it is now. Not sure if we'll find it soon enough to return it. This is my third note phone and I'm not used to not being able to replace the battery. Very disappointing.

Good battery replacement
The pack came with most of the tools I needed to replace a battery and came at a good price. Some other tools that would have been helpful would be: 1) a razor blade/prying tool- the original adhesive was really strong and the suction cup was not helping much. The provided plastic tools were a little too thick to slip under the back cover or for prying the battery off. 2) a flexible card- to slide through the back cover adhesive once you do open it up. Once you get the back cover off, installation is a breeze.

Great battery upgrade
Slightly bigger that original stock battery. Very easy to install, as long as you know how to follow directions. They give you a link to an instructional video but I always watch a few to get a good grasp on the repair. All it takes is a youtube search and then pick your poison!ONE THING that it DID NOT come with is the back cover replacement adhesive. You can get it cheap elsewhere (ifixit) but it seems to me that it should of been included here. It did come with battery adhesive though.

Questionable battery life.
Purchased this after my note 8 started to have battery issues. Opening the phone and replacing the battery was easier than i expected. The downside is the battery life, after a full charge the battery will only last less than 5 or 6 hours and that's with minimal use.
