Pretty darn spicey.
It is a lot spicier than I expected. If you use it like hotsauce that you add to a recipe it's good. I thought I would be able to saute some green beans and pour this sauce over it to make Schezwan green beans, but it is way too spicey for that.

Ok but not what I needed

Frozen solid
Can not say if I like or dislike this product as I have not yet used it. I do not know if I can use it as the jar was frozen solid when it arrived here in Minnesota. It is January and temp is -15 degrees. The package was stuffed in the mailbox and no notification of its arrival.
