Is this suitable to coat a wine bottle? For gatsby glitz

I've used this on a bottle for my daughters 18th birthday. I used spray paint first, then pva glue to cover in glitter then sprayed with a crystal clear gloss spray. Now the bottle is empty it's for display but the glitter has lasted. I plan to do it again in December for my eldest 21st

Why can I buy gold glitter and minimum order is 1, but if I want red, same size, minimum order is two?

Not sure why..I havnt experience this issue
