I used this to decorate around my fairy garden....they are bright, beautiful lights.

The lights worked well. I don’t think I received any remote controls.

I love these lights and with so many brands to choose from this brand is consistently good as I have ordered these lights before but in different colors. The first time I ordered the soft white (20ft) and those lights came with a remote. The lights I'm reviewing now are very nice but I didn't notice they did not come with a remote. That was my fault. It looks like the other colors (green, red etc) do not come with a remote either. Only the white ones.

I had a feeling they wouldn't be bright enough for what I needed, but for the price, I took a chance. Sadly my gut feeling was correct. No fault of the product.In fact, for what they are, they are decently bright. About as bright as your typical inexpensive X-mas tree string lights. In fact, these could make great battery powered replacements for X-mas tree lights.Overall this is a nice quality light string. The battery box is solid.I ended up giving them to my niece, she took them with her when she went to the Electric Forest festival over the summer for her tent. The battery life was very good. She likes them.If I ever need string light of this class, I would definitely buy again.

These arrived from Amazon today just before dark. I hung my garland, installed 6-AA batteries in the battery pack, turned them on and went about weaving through the branches. By dark it was ready, and I must say I am pleased! I have other lights in the yard, some lighted trees and more, but I wanted something around the door in blue, my favorite accent color. I will see how well these lights hold up (battery life, timer, etc.), but for now I think they are just wonderful. When I opened the package and saw how teeny tiny they were, I was prepared for disappointment. There was no cause for concern!

Basing our choice on other customers' reviews we purchased the string of blue fairy lights in November of 2018, and kept them with our other decorations for December of 2018.The package arrived quickly and its contents seemed to be / visibly were in good condition.We put in new Duracell batteries (purchased from a reputable store a few days before) less than a month after purchasing. I hit the On button. Nothing. No lights, no flicker, and no spark.Well, not quite nothing. The box nearly immediately containing felt really hot in my hand. Not sure if it was my imagination, I popped out as many batteries as I could. One was stuck. I handed it to my husband to see if the heat was my imagination. He said No, it was indeed hot, that it smelled like melting plastic, and to get it out of the house. Now. We immediately did. The mess shouldn't be too hard to get off our driveway...I was able to replace the lights with another brand, but am upset that it came to that. I spend time reading reviews because, well, I trust reviews and because I don't like to waste money. The purchase was $8 + tax, not $800. I will continue to trust my peers' reviews, of course - I hadn't seen a bad review going back for quite some time.I *probably* got a dud but want to get in my review just in case it's not an isolated incident.

I couldn’t have asked for a better VALUE! Bright, bright, bright and such a beautiful Blue! This is going to be used on a tree for a headstone during the holidays. With it being weatherproof, able to be set by timer, and as bright as it is, this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
