Ok I'm not going to lie I tend to neglect my face. I hate water around my eyes so washing is torture and my pores are huge! I can't say i had high hopes for this device. I use pore strips every few years but not nearly often enough. They are expensive and I never remember to buy them. I needed something that was reusable not one time only.I started by washing my face then put a hot towel on my face for a few minutes as instructed. When I started using this honestly I was disappointed. It didn't seem to be doing anything! But then I noticed my pores were empty. And I had some pretty severe blackheads.Its easy to use right out of the box and doesn't hurt. I had to go up to level 2 to clear some of my pores no problem.My face feels so smooth now. Hopefully with this available to me I will no longer neglect my face.

Love the fact that it has a camera and I could easily connect my phone to it so I can see what is happening during the process. HATE HATE HATE the fact that it bruises my face so easily. It has 5 levels of suction intensity. I only used level 1 and it looked like I got beaten bad, without the swelling. It is now day 3 and I still see marks all over my face. Lucky my face mask due to Covid, is covering all the marked spots. Would not recommend this brand to anyone

I don’t know if the other reviews are fake or if mine was somehow defective but this thing shouldn’t be on the market. I saw a video of a guy using it on instagram and I was so disgustingly excited that it had a camera so you could see everything it pulls out. And it definitely pulled everything out - including my capillaries. I wish I could say that it’s user error, I was using too high of a setting, my skin is sensitive or I was holding it in one spot for too long - but no. Seriously the first pass I did on my nose (on level 1 mind you) I thought “wow that’s pretty red” and moved on to the other side. I was so enthralled looking at the app I hadn’t realized this thing was bruising my face. I’m not talking about redness. This is deep purple hickey straight up bruise that took about a week to heal. The bruising was so bad I’ve completely made peace with my blackheads.

As a licensed cosmetologist I know that these devices aren’t particularly good for our skin but, like with food, when used in moderation this powerful little suction device is wonderful!! The device has its own WiFi which connects to the BKHead app so you can watch all the oil and black heads being removed from your skin!(I know gross but soooo satisfying). This is best used after a hot shower with a clean face on the settings of 1 or 2 because the suction is very strong and will leave redness in the face area if used in one spot for too long. I suggest slowly sliding the head from one spot to another to avoid any bruising as you’ve seen in other reviews. Also, make sure to use a good moisturizer afterwards and don’t use more than once a week!! Unfortunately one of the heads came broken in the package and I am awaiting support to return my email. Other than that I hope you take the chance on this item I am very impressed with it.

The media could not be loaded.  Love it. Had a hard spot for years under my skin right cheek. Had no clue what it was until I used the facial vacuum on 1/4/2020. It so happened to be a whitehead. Thanks to the vacuum I got rid of it. I used the highest level which left my face bruised. The red marks began to fade after 24 hours, however I still have some bruises and its been two days since I used the vacuum. I recommend starting with level one and gradually increasing the level. Do not hold on the same area for too long. Read instructions before using. App was simple to use. Overall is a GO. I actually love the vacuum regardless of the bruises. By the way, it doesn't hurt at all, must get used to suction.

I know it looks cool, but now I have a bunch of bruises on my face. The suction level for 1 is super intense to the point where I can move it, so it leaves bruises. If you don’t mind bruises, then give it a try. Please be careful!

I’ve done a lot of research before buying this product, because reviews are so different. But I have to say I’m really impressed with results, this thing really works! It is easy to use. You definitely have to be careful to make sure you don’t get any bruises on your face). Overall it’s a great product worth buying.

The reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the quality of the plastic heads. Made from cheap brittle plastics when they could have made it from a high quality plastic.Also email they respond team and crickets .. no reply to my complaint. Plastic head cracked my first day of use during cleaning of the head.
