Absolutely love this because it heats up well, has easy controller, auto shut off and long length. I wrap it around my thumb joint and up my wrist with tendinitis and also along my IT band and around my arthritic knee. It can go around your neck or anywhere you want!

This like the other products from this company are very therapeutic to the body. I like the fact that this can be wrapped around body parts. I took away one star though because it seems like it's difficult to get it exactly where you want it if it's a small area like your foot Other than that it works great and is healthy for you. I highly recommend!

I broke my elbow 3 years ago, and have had 3 subsequent surgeries on it to relieve the pain. It still bothers me now, but when it does I rely on this unique heating pad to help ease the ache. The jade stones hold heat well which helps deeply penetrate the affected area. It's AWESOME to be able to wrap my elbow when it hurts or my knees if I'm feeling stiff there. I lost my first UTK heating pad in a long distance move last year and have missed it so much I've finally bought a replacement. It's expensive, but it works. If I lose this one, I'll be back for another.

This product lasts one year and one year only. I have purchased 4 of the UTK UTK Jade Infrared Heating Pad, Far Infrared Therapy Flexible Wraps for Wrist Leg and Arm and each of them worked fully until the one year mark. Then, it would not turn on or function at all. Seems like a built-un product life of one year.

I have bought a few products from Amazon to treat my knee, but this product is the only one that does the job. The heat is sufficient and consistent, unlike the wireless knee brace I bought before. The heat starts at 103 and ends at 159 degrees Fahrenheit. I can feel the heat treating the muscle tissues in my knee.

I was intrigued by the notion of wrapping this around my weak hand, or my pain ful foot. This is not the fault of this company, the product is a good idea, for someone who has full use of their hands. My weak hands just couldn't get it properly wrapped around for the most efficient use. I have a mat from a competing company.... which works much faster and warmer. Here is the design problem. You can't move around with this wrapped around a body part. AND... most important, to make it work the way it should, you have to place a cover, a blanket around it... to keep the heat in. If it is too loose.. precious heat is lost. Thumbs down. Actually, it would work very well if you are covered up in bed.... Not sitting in a chair.
