Great cheese crisps!
We love these cheese crisps! They satisfy that desire for a crunchy and salty snack. Bonus is high protein and gluten free! One of us loves to spread peanut butter on the crisp. I prefer them as is! I also crumble some into salads or as toppings on veggies like an instant gratin to up the protein.

Nothing like the flavor they advertise
I usually buy another brand of Parmesan crisp, but figured I would give these a try. I was pretty disappointed, they the grilled cheese flavor, but just taste off to me. Was not enjoyable and will not be buying again.

Maybe it's a love it or hate it deal--I loved it.
Okay, last month I got on the scale and realized I was pushing 260 pounds. Not bad if you are a linebacker, I guess, but I'm five foot one...in heels. I'm also 61, female, and an emotional binge-eater. None of these are pluses in weight loss. My sons are doing keto and having great success, so I figured I'd go that route. Problem is, I have a job as a freelance editor (working from home) and there might as well be a written requirement for grazing while whipping a manuscript into shape. Other problem...I binge when I'm stressed or emotional. Not like we have anything to be stressed or emotional about these days, eh? So figuring that I'm going to eat a certain amount of junk food no matter what, I look for keto/Atkins-type stuff. Atkins for the candy/cookie type junk (I've already left reviews on a couple of those products), and SOMETHING ELSE for the salty stuff. I settle on this. Why? I stumbled across it while doing a search on "keto snacks." I love cheese; I'm pretty much a cheese-a-holic. So I figure anything with cheese as the only ingredient is worth a try. Okay, what I get is a box a little taller than a big can of Planters mixed nuts, and almost as thick. I'm thinking the box is a little smallish. Then I pull out a package. This is a ten-pack, meaning ten packages with two bars in each package. One package = one serving. The packages are about the length of an iPhone XR or 12, but narrower, maybe an inch and a half wide. They weigh next to nothing--each packet is less than one ounce. All these do not make me smile. Opening the package, I see something like a small, rectangular, hardened rice cake. Two of them. Then I bite into one. The crunch is loud enough to register on a Geiger counter, I'm pretty sure. These suckers are LOUD. It's hard to describe the flavor of the thing. It's definitely cheesy, but not like the mild American cheese most people eat. I'm into the bolder flavors, like Tillamook. "Just the Cheese" is aggressively, militantly, radically cheesy. I mean, it's like you're tasting it even before you eat it, and still tasting it after you eat it. The flavor is really strong. And it's cheese. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise. It's just so strong that the first bite can throw you off. The second bite is easier. It's FILLING. You won't want more than one packet of these at a time. This is good. Less than one carb--this is better. High fat (12 grams) and 8 grams of protein. So I'm hooked. I looked at a lot of reviews for this product and it looks like a lot of people hate it. Maybe they don't have the same relationship with cheese that I do. To each his own. To address the last concern, yes, it's pricey. It comes out to between $1.90-2.00 per package. But I figure anything low carb (you can't get much lower than <1), that fills you up on 150 calories, and that tastes like this is a win-win situation. You get ten servings, which will fill you up enough that you're guaranteed not to binge, so you won't eat more than a pack a day. The good thing is that except for the days I fast, I have a snack like this one and that's all I need between meals. I'm not hungry. Heck, I could almost use this as a meal substitute. And I've dropped nine pounds in three weeks. I'm happy.

Hard To Swallow and Dry
I bought this snack because it popped up in my results as I was searching for low carb snacks. It looked like a good product and rated well. The packaging is a bit small though. And the “crisps” are hard, dry and hard to swallow. They are low carb with no sugar. Unfortunately I won’t be buying them again. They aren’t even that flavorful to keep me tolerating the texture.

Another Shark Tank purchaser
OK...I love cheese and saw these on Shark Tank. It took me all of 5 minutes to order them. Got to say I'm a tad disappointed. Much harder than I would like and your mouth is left with a salty aftertaste. Too much salt. But beyond that...they're good. This product is worth a $1 a pack...any price higher is too much.. I know the Shark Tank guys really pushed this man to raise his prices....I think this will be a big mistake overall. There won't be much repeat business if priced too high.

Good crunch, good taste
These are very tasty, crunchy and just right for my keto diet. I also gift them to others following keto, paleo or diabetic diets. Everyone loves them.

Not very tasty, kind of cardboard like
These taste terrible to me. I would not recommend. They taste like dehydrated cardboard cheese and not in a good way. I’m sure some people would love them just not me. I imagine they would be good for hikers and camping and sporting events where you need quick easy protein and maybe mixed in with other bits like mini pretzels or peanuts or Chex cereal but in general by themselves they are fairly yuck.
