So far, we are very pleased with the new fryer baskets. They have a good weight and seem to be very sturdy. We will give them a few weeks to see how they really hold up. For the price, they were a good deal.

Not built for a commercial kitchen, lasts a few months before they start fraying and falling apart. Welding quality is a joke, I've used superglue that seemed stronger. Spend the extra money to get something that will last.
