Smells good, it’s clean and no signs of mold. I used it in my tincture for low blood pressure. Cut into small pieces and could instantly smell its potency. I didn’t give it much time to sit before sampling. I got a good boost and very pleased with the quality.

I researched on many sites before making this purchase. It came quickly, was a good value for the cost, and the quality was better then expected. I've been using it to make infused DIY oils, which have so many fantastic benefits! I will probably end up trying it as a tea soon, so I will update when I have more on that. But I do know that ginseng is supposed to have so many great health benefits!

The Ginseng I received was Vacuum Sealed and Air Tight. So fresh it looks and feels as if it was just dug up from the Earth today. However, be patient - It did take 3 weeks to arrive China Post. This Ginseng Smells and Tastes Luxurious. For years I have purchased Ginseng "TAILS" NOT "Whole Ginseng" from the Asian Market or Asian Herb Shop. Purchased Stateside the "Tails" have always been dried so thoroughly they were brittle. I am so pleased that the Seller ZhanyunMaoyi chose to ship FRESH in Air Tight Vacuum Sealed packaging!! I personally received PERFECT Ginseng - I inspected under lighted 20X Magnification - ABSOLUTELY NO MOLD. Once opened I advise to wrap in paper towels, then plastic container or zip lock and place in Refrigerator to keep fresh- If you want to you can dry on baking sheet on lowest Oven setting (175/180). This Ginseng is Fragrant, Flavorful and Invigorating. I splurged and quadrupled the order - It might have cost me twice as much to buy Locally anyway. Great Buy - Great Product! This is Korean ginseng, however it’s NOT grown in Korea so it is different. It’s grown in the mountains of China. Some people say only authentic ginseng grown in Korea has the health benefits, I don’t know if that’s true but you can definitely FEEL the ginsenosides on your tongue and it’s quite bitter (that’s a good thing for ginseng) so personally I think it still has health properties and I think it was a great deal for the price!

I bought this item purely because the product image looked great. What I got although well package and vacuumed sealed was not as great as the image above. Don't get me wrong the item is of good quality but it's not like pictured above.

Since, I was just informed I cant return this item I have decided others should know the facts about this item because it is not returnable. This product is only the little twig-like pieces that you get when you buy typical red ginseng root, like I do every few months. I decided to try this out and am very dissapointed. I usually either throw these pieces away or just let them gather up in abottle somewhere forever. There is no root here, nothing to cut or smash as I usually do which then gives me 50-100 chunks that i can suck on like hard candy, some people slice them for this same purpose. You can not do that with this product. As I said, you cant return it(ridiculous) and it is not the whole root just the tinyb twigs off the root. If this company wants me to remove this review, let mne return the product like any good company does when a customer is completely unhappy with their product
