Great knife and SHARP
Razor sharp out of the box and hasn’t dulled down in 3 months everyday use, highly recommended.

Good deal
Feels good in the hand. Solid sheath. Wasnt razor sharp out of the box. But for the money it's a great knife.

Low quality. Blunt serrated
Plain-blade blunt. Serrated - blade too blunt that unrealistic sharpening.

One of the best short double be edged knives in existence.
Quality. Comfortable, grippy handle, regardless of of the way you prefer to hold it. Serrations are a downside for some purposes. But it’s a plus for other purposes. I don’t understand why some people gave it a poor review. I’m very particular when it comes to both design and craftsmanship. The sheath is very good too.. Full disclosure, one problem with my knife is that the tip is misaligned with the center line, however it is getting replaced with a different unit. (I chose not to take any stars off because it’s just a defect, which is getting taken care of with zero hassle through Amazon.)

Disappointed Boker Fan
This is some of the worst steel I've ever worked with and certainly a substandard product for Boker. Their German made steel is some of the best in the world but the Chinese manufactured steel in this blade is the pits. I'm a big fan and loyal Boker customer so I'm a little disappointed to see they'll sully their reputation with this low quality product. I purchased this knife at a reasonable price to take out of the country for self defense purposes. If I lost it or couldn't get it through customs, it wouldn't be the end of the world. It will work for my purposes but it certainly isn't worthy of the Boker name. If you are depending on this knife to be an every day carry knife then I would recommend you avoid it very strongly.

I would buy this again
Great knife. Quality construction on both the blade and sheath. The sheath has amazing retention. You won't be disappointed.

Lower price, lower quality from Boker
I'll start here: This is a pretty good knife considering the modest (I'd call it 'fair') price point. It is manufactured in either China or Taiwan, according to the Boker website. Full-line Boker knives are made in Solingen, Germany but these lower-cost Boker PLUS knives are made in China. The knife that I received had loose grip scales which rattled a little bit- a problem some others experienced as well. The scales weren't super loose, but they moved enough to make a clicking sound as the knife is gripped and re-gripped. I wish this didn't bother me but it bothered me enough to return it.To be clear, there was very little wiggle in the scales. Just a wee bit. I could probably tighten or shim the handle scales to address this issue but it's a matter of principle for me. In my opinion a tool like this should arrive factory fresh, properly assembled and examined by quality control. If you ordered one of these knives and it arrived with nice, tight scales you'd probably be very happy. In closing: I still believe this is a good knife for the price but the one I received wasn't perfect and I have come to expect perfect from Boker knives. With better quality control, these cheaper 'Boker Plus' knives could become a great value. Right now the quality's not quite there for me.

Very happy with the knife!
I bought this knife for spearfishing. The knife is used to dispatch a fish after its been shot. I have been very pleased with the knife and its sheath, no rust the serrated back edge is great and it feels good in the hands(I can palm a basketball) There is a slight amount of wiggle in the handle I am unhappy with but if I lost this knife I would buy another.
